First time at any Firehouse subs. My son found a receipt in his sandwich, which he had bit into. They refunded the cost of the sub, but did not apologize at all, as if this happens all the time. I find that unacceptable and will not be returning.

This place is such a disappointment. We used to love the Firehouse by us when we lived in Castle Rock, CO. The place was always busy, the food was pumping out, the sandwiches looked like the images, they were great! Not so much anymore I guess... I would like to think this is just an issue with this mini-location but at the prices they charge now, I don't really want to risk being disappointed again.

Our sandwiches were mostly bread. Literally took them almost 40 minutes to make our food for 3 people. Person at the register was completely not helpful at all to figure out what we should get since the menu has changed a bit. She had no idea what was on anything... Just disappointing all around

Today the team went over and beyond. They accommodated me when there system was down and the food was phenomenal. Everything was fresh and delicious! The restaurant was very clean and organized and everyone played their part. Great job, team Durbin!

The ingredients were better than some of the competitions, but the subs were soggy for some reason. May have been a lot of vinaigrette or something from the meats. We got the book in ladder? Sub. And the brownies are uncooked in the middle. I know some people appreciate that and like their brownies like that but I prefer mine cooked. I really like Jimmy John’s brownies. Also do not order ahead unless you want to pay about $10 extra !

Food was great as always but staff seemed to be a bit awkward for some reason. Didn't seem very personable. Maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I'll just order pickup next time.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times, and every time I come in I find the staff to be rude. Subs are delish, but customer service could be better.

Ordered through the app when Firehouse offered 50% off order this week. Pretty easy transaction with no issues. I had the large New York steam with chips. Pretty good subs like always. Great service!
