Grumpy's Restaurant offers great food and service. The presentation was fantastic. The service was superb, with servers checking on guests and keeping drinks filled. While some feel the restaurant is overhyped, it remains a suitable dining option. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and seafood omelet were praised for their delicious flavors. The seasoning on the home fries was liked, and the kids' portions of waffles were huge. The cold brew on tap was perfect for some. Fried chicken benedict is superb, and the bacon/tomato omelette is a great protein option. During busy times, the employees are on point, with chefs and servers communicating well. A plate with over easy eggs, bacon, hash browns, and blueberry pancakes was described as heaven. The grumpy omelette with an extra side of bacon and biscuits with gravy is a definite must-try.
