Two for lunch. Service was very slow waiting for the food to come out. We experienced that at another Hurricane Grill location too. My wife's lunch was good but mine was very dissapointing. The vegetable I ordered with my lunch was good but a small portion. I like Ceasar wraps but this one was a very dry and bland wrap. When I told the waitress that she said - nothing. I felt like she was mad at me for telling her. Never said even said sorry about that. Gave us the bill and left. This will be our last visit here. There are better options.

So last Thursday we ordered takeout from the Hurricanes on County Rd 210 Jacksonville, we ordered a chicken sandwich, nachos and a fish sandwich, so Imagine my surprise when I opened the container and there was no fish? Just a bun , lettuce and tomato. My husband immediately call and spoke with two different employees, one said they would make another, he said no he wants a refund, she assured him she would refund our card, needless to say she didn’t! So my husband went there today and spoke with another employee who rudely rolled her eyes and said that would not have happened! She said he would have to go back and talk with the owner later today and wouldn’t give a time frame when they would be there. We have eaten in the restaurant and ordered takeout often.
It’s very unfortunate that an employee would suggest we’re looking for a free meal. The meal cost 17.99 , since we didn’t get the fish I kind of think that would be fair to be refunded? Also beware that they automatically include the tip with out letting you know.

Chloe did a great job serving us. Our burgers were very good—served perfectly at the requested temperature. The burgerrito was a nice change from a traditional burger. Love that this restaurant charges a service charge to ensure servers receive an adequate tip. We added more in cash since 18% wasn’t enough for the service received. Great job Chloe!

I went on a double date with some long-time friends who frequent Hurricanes. They request the same waitress every time they eat there. I now see why!

Sarah G was a phenomenal waitress. She NEVER missed a beat and made zero mistakes on our table of 5. She had memorized my friend's order down to the sauces on the side! I cannot say enough about service like that!! That is NOT typical of today's service industry!

This was a Friday night with nearly every chair in the house full! Remarkable service from both the waitstaff and the kitchen. I now know who to ask for when I return!!!

They make excuses for charging that 18% forced tips for their servers - but the reality is they should have to pay their employees JUST LIKE THE REST OF US HAVE TO. If they can't afford to, they're NOT successful. Period the end. You can sue for this, if anyone reading this didn't know that. You'll get a couple grand for the hassle. It's worth it. This is ridiculous. Tips are GIFTS for GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND YOUR JOB DUTIES. You server has NEVER washed my car, babysat my kids, or braided my hair. Your excuses make no sense. You already charge $20 for a $4 plate. You can't afford your own employees? You know what happens when we can't afford our $50+ per hour employees? WE DON'T HAVE ANY HELP. Rainbow - for the more you know.

We have been here about 30 times and we really like this location. Everyone is so inviting and friendly. The food is exceptional and we love the atmosphere. Great music and vibe. Drinks are cold and the food is warm and tasty. Very dog friendly. We brought our Frenchie Elvis and they loved him..and he loved them. Of course we will be back. I highly recommend this location.
