Found multiple shards of metal in my sub. Called them to let them know because it’s a safety hazard and the girl didn’t seem very concerned. Didn’t even offer an apology.

We have eaten here at least three times and every time my experience has been the same...disappointed. We clearly state what toppings we want on our sandwich but they never manage to get our order right. The food tastes good but its not what we ordered. How hard is it to add pickles and green peppers to a sandwich? Apparently too hard for them. Disappointed.

Fantastic service after being treated very rude at another location... The employees did a BANG UP job and greatly appreciated... Drove 8 miles past my home to get my subs and the rother location is only 2.1 miles... Thank you for renewing my faith in Jersey Mike's and humanity... Customer for life at this location y'all rock and definitely worth the drive

I have no idea on earth why you’d change your cutter settings to “thick” but it’s gross. No one likes thick cut cold cuts on a sandwich. This was a terrible decision. When asked about it, they simply replied, “yeah we changed the settings”
Please change them back. Sandwich was inedible. We eat at this location once a week at least, but if this is how it’s going to be now, we’re done.

Jersey Mike's is quite delicious and i always enjoy the food. Probably my favorite sub place. Also hiring Danny DeVito is quite possibly the best marketing decision in restaurant history.

Stopped in for a Tuns Sub as we cannot eat meat on Fridays during Lent. Absolutely NO tuna. When I mentioned cannot eat meat, totally clueless. Perhaps the manager may want to rethink their ordering.

I really want to like this place because when they make the sub right it is really good, but the problem is that it is only made correctly about 10% of the time. If they are out of something when you order through the app, they just substitute it with whatever they want or leave it off (even if the sub is supposed to have bacon and you pay for extra they will just refund it and not say anything). You don’t find out until you actually open the sub because they don’t attempt to tell you at all. They are really understaffed and I tried to be understanding this last time since it was just a couple of teenagers running the place. I nicely told them it was wrong and yes I would like it remade instead of a refund. They did remake it, but then just put it in a bag and slammed it on the counter. Didn’t apologize or even call my name to say it was finished. After so many screw-ups and this was the first time I asked for it to be remade, I think I’ll find somewhere new, since they have plenty of competition.
