Love going to this place if you want a quick dinner before or after a movie at Durbin. The sushi is made to order and fresh and the 2 for $12 rolls is a plus. The place is clean and the staff are all friendly.

Needed a quick bite in between errands so decided to stop by Kazu. I tried the build your own poke bowl and chose tempura shrimp. Grilled chicken, eel, white rice, seaweed salad, shrimp sauce, eel sauce, and a crunchy topping. The flavors were good except I wish the grilled chicken was warm. I didn't realize they serve the grilled chicken cold and I probably should have asked before I ordered.

Placed an order through UberEats so by the time the food got to me, it wasn't super fresh/the right temp - but I can't fault the restaurant for that! Food was still good though! I liked the salmon roll and the Jimmy Smith roll! I like fried rolls, but I feel like sometimes you taste more of the friedness than the ingredients; the JS was the best of both worlds for me! Fried rice was a little dry but still good, adding some soy sauce helped. Not a fan of the cheese wontons though, the filling was too sweet and wonton shell was not fried/crispy enough - wouldn't order again. I was also disappointed that chopsticks, shrimp sauce, and soy sauce weren't included with the order. I usually get more than enough from other sushi places I've ordered from. It wasn't the end of the world, I had everything but shrimp sauce at home, but I like to put shrimp sauce in my fried rice so that was kind of a bummer. Will definitely be back/order again, but will probably try some gyoza next time instead of wontons.

I'm currently on vacation in Ponte Vedra, which means more opportunities to try new food! I ordered dinner from Kazu. I LOVE Asian food (if you haven't seen my other reviews, you know now). So I was craving takoyaki. I searched it and Kazu showed up! I ordered this, Yasai Gyoza, and a braised porkbelly bowl. The first thing I did was inhale the takoyaki. As soon as I opened the container, the katsuobushi flakes were still dancing (katsuobushi is a dried tuna that is shaved VERY thinly. So thin that heat makes it move. Tons of umami! The amount of flavor in these crisp dough balls with octopus and dancing katsuobushi flakes was IMMENSE! I'm sad there's only 4 to an order, but at the same time I'm glad it's only 4, I could eat an adult's weight of these! Next was the gyoza. These are just vegetarian dumplings, but were so incredibly made. Tasty, light, and enjoyable! Very well made! Now for the braised porkbelly bowl. Oh my. The flavor and taste of this is AMAZING! The pork firm in bite but the fatty part melts in your mouth. The amount of spice pairs so well with the fattiness of the pork and the white rice ties it all together. The shoyu tamago (soy sauce marinated egg) was a wonderful touch as well. The food I had was PHENOMENAL! Affordable, (even with Uber eats prices) lightning fast delivery, and I think I may need to visit in person before I return home!

?Takoyaki: Batter was so savory and delish, unfortunately the texture was very rubbery and a little undercooked. But otherwise a delicious little ball of yum. They provided little dipping cups of some type of sauce for dipping. ?Sashimi: Perfect cuts in my opinion, tasted so freshly prepared \u0026 thick. First time trying Toro and personally I wouldn't get it again, just not my thing. ?Tuna Tataki: Interesting take on Tataki, especially with all the cilantro \u0026 salsa but the tuna was delish aswell. Yum. ?The most disappointing was the rangoons. I didn't even get a picture of them. They were very small, greasy, and the wonton tasted kinda funky. My hubby didn't like them either.

Went here for sushi, amazing quality food for SUCH a low price, I couldn't even believe how low the prices were compared to other sushi restaurants nearby. Good drink options, very clean and food came out in nearly 5 minutes. Free sauces, the staff were sweet and fast. Will 100% come back, 100% recommend the Crab \\u0026 Cream cheese roll, you get quite a few for only 6$, and the miso soup was amazing, even better than a lot of the competition and it's ONLY 2.50$! I will def come back.

This establishment was very nice and respectful to me and my sister. They’re prices are very cheap and you get a great amount of food. I ordered a Krab and Cream Cheese roll with miso soup. You get a very large amount of miso soup for only $2.50! ?The food is decently made and is very delicious. Would definitely go again.

Loved the food atmosphere and location. We stopped in to grab lunch and it was tasty. The staff were friendly the place was clean and it was within walking distance to Walmart Starbucks and several other shopping locations. We tried the poke bowl as it is on the menu and the tonkotsu ramen both were tasty and the fountain drinks had a nice variety. Would definitely go back to try more items on the menu if in the area
