The food and the atmosphere here is absolutely wonderful the service was fantastic and friendly. Our server Katherine was very knowledgeable about all food orders an extremely kind & friendly and very bubbly, the other servers are just as friendly & kind. The restaurant was extremely clean and well kept.. this place is very family-friendly and if you have never had Japanese soup I advise you to come here and try it. And I have to say It was so nice and refreshing to see young adults who are very social with their customers. They were so respectful and very patience while we decided our orders. There's plenty of parking. I give it five stars all the way through ❤️

We went for lunch and ended up paying $52 for a rice bowl with extra shrimp and a pork ramen dish and one beer.
Food was good but the price is high for what you get.

Try the buns, you won’t regret it. Ramen was solid and came out fast. Chicken wings are A+. The soup buns are good but a bit small compared to others I’ve had in the past.

I wanted to like this, I really did. But the meat in my miso ramen was chewy and dry and the corn was obviously canned. The broth was good! But it did not settle well in my stomach, in fact it did a speedrun through my system, and not in a nice way. For the price I paid I definitely expected higher quality.

Took my Son for lunch last wkd. Mediocre at best. Fish cakes were terrible. Egg was also not good. We liked the wings more than the Ramen. Very blah and well below par. Felt alot like fast food. Plastic bowls to hold hot soup just doesn't do it for me. Will not return

Beef Ramen noodles’ texture/shape/taste was like spaghetti. Beef tasted like what is used on a steak sandwich. Chicken fried rice super dry.

I stopped by Kinya Ramen on a rainy day, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. I ordered the wonton soup and a grape Asian soda, and both hit the spot in the best way. The broth was warm and comforting, the wontons tasted fresh, and the whole bowl felt like a cozy hug after walking in from the rain.

The atmosphere here is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a hot bowl of soup. My server was genuinely kind and attentive throughout the entire visit, which made the experience even better.

This was my first time at Kinya Ramen, and I already know I’ll be coming back. Definitely a great spot in Jacksonville if you’re craving something warm, flavorful, and comforting.

Friendly and fast service in a clean and comfortable chairs and tables. Kiana is a delight, (applogies if misspelled) she was welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive and efficient without being over-present. The tables are cleared and cleaned within a minute of patrons leaving the door.

The food was delicious, highly recommend the soup dumplings with the soy vinegar ginger sauce. Their chicken broth is richly flavored with roasted chicken, nearly full flavored as a tonkotsu broth. Nothing is overly salted, and of the flavors balance beautifully between the chili oil, broth, and noodles. Add half the tray of vinegar/ginger sauce to your ramen and a splash of chili oil to layer the acidity from the vinegar, the umami of the soy, and the bright flavor of ginger into a delightfully well rounded flavor.

Food is great, service even better. My only complaint is the exposed HVAC tubing on the ceiling is extremely loud and obnoxious disturbing the ambiance. Otherwise I highly recommend :)

Not the best ramen I've had, but certainly not the worst. We were seated almost immediately, and our server (Kat) was very nice, talkative and friendly. We immediately felt welcomed and eager to try the food.

We ordered two ramens (Miso and Tonkatsu) and an okonomiyaki with the combo. The okonomiyaki was decent, they went a little heavy on the bonito flakes. The ramens were good - Kat recommended us some chili oil which was a great addition. Broth could have been hotter (temperature-wise) and richer. The pork was good and fatty, but a bit overcooked. The bamboo shoots could have been more tender as well.

Overall, a decent spot for lunch. A bit on the pricier side but the service made up for it.

Color me surprised, this place was not what I expected. Unpopular opinion, I don’t like ramen. This is the only restaurant in Jacksonville where I would willingly eat the ramen again. I got one of their spicy ramens and it was fantastic. A little oily to be sure and I am 85% sure it did something to my stomach after, but well worth the pain, which again, I do not say lightly. The poke bowl and chicken hibachi also tasted excellent, and I am a much larger proponent of those. However, I do have a small complaint. They don’t have a system to change out ingredients without an upcharge, even if the toppings cost the same. I wanted to change our the bean sprouts for seaweed, both costing $1.50, but the server said it would be an upcharge. Not the server’s fault, but I would kindly ask that Kinya consider it. That being said, I am excited to go again, but next time, I might bring some tums.
