Received a broken milkshake cup and ended up having sticky hands so I had to pour it into another cup. They don’t have to go lids either. Felt like we were an inconvenience once the cup situation happened. The ice cream at marble slab is always good but felt like I was walking on pins and needles in there.

Everything was great and great customer service. I would give 5 stars however, they had only one person on a Sunday during the holidays. That is not right. I felt bad for the young employee. Overworking the 1 person. Unbelievable!

We had a late night craving for some ice cream ?. We've been going to another place, but we figured we would try this place for the first time. Let me start by saying that the ice cream and the toppings we got were all tasty and fresh. Service is where the ball drops a little. We came in around an hour before close, we seemed confused on the menu and even expressed that it was our first time and were having a hard time understanding the sizes. We got nothing but blank stares back with very minimal explanation. Ultimately, we got what we ordered, and it was tasty, but the service knocked it down from 4 stars to 3.If we come back, we will update the review if the experience changes.Their was also what seemed a friend of one of the workers talking to them while the other employee did all the work alone.

Def not a pleasant experience. Had a late drive craving coming into Jax and saw that they were open till 10pm. So I decided to stop in, I figured they have 20 mins before they close and upon arriving the young girls had a face. They were already cleaning and putting everything away. Now I get it it’s late, close to closing time and people wanna go home. If an establishment is suppose to have service until 10pm I was hoping to get a creamery with toppings ice cream. Instead I was advise that unfortunately the ice block used is already closed and just put the topping on top. So I was charged $21 for 2 waffle dip cone ice creams and a cookie. With crumbs and a little strawberries on top. I could understand 2-5 mins before but 20 mins before closing is not customer service. I could of got better Ice cream and service at the WAWA. Service was rushed and treated as if it was an issue for being there because they were closing and it was still opening times.
Had a birthday party to attend last night and I was thinking how nice a $100 gift card would be from their local ice cream shop..Unfortunately when I arrived to purchase I was told their machine was not up yet??? ..Whatever that means, Which lost you guys a $100 sale..
Avoid this place and just go to Coldstone. The management/ownership at this place is awful. Things like the hot fudge machine are always out of order, the floors are sticky, the place looks run down.
This store has improved tremendously. I'm glad we came back.
Too expensive because they don’t even fill the cup! Don’t go in. I feel that they stole my money ?

$4.25 for a kids cone? Are these people high? They claim it's high quality in their response. It's not.Edit: I gave them another chance. The ice cream doesn't really have much flavor. I buy organic ice cream from stores so I'm not looking for an artificial taste. I just don't see value in this ice cream.
Ice cream tastes amazing, employees were nice and made conversation, all around pleasant experience!
Holy smokes! Was kinda disappointed there was no "dairy" for a shake. But man am I glad I didn't just walk out. Still 4 stars though cuz I really wanted a shake!
Disappointed. Was excited to get GAC cookie, many of the cookie trays were empty and they didn't have a single cookie flavor that I wanted to order (odd for beginning of a Saturday). Staff could use some training and perhaps some coaching to talk to customers (didn't greet or talk to us at all, except to give a one word "no" when I politely asked if they had maybe had any cookies in back or ready soon). Ice cream and topping area also looked very unappealing but didn't want to leave without buying anything. So decided on 2 small milkshakes ($17) for two sad looking milkshakes that didn't even fill the cup and there was more whipcream than icecream. She was scraping all she could from blender but just seemed like she was trying to make 1 serving fill two cups. Looked nothing like menu or online photos. No cookies on top or as garnish. Even my small kids thought it wasn't the right item, since they ordered by picture. Just 1 small scoop with oreo blended until almost milk and heavily fudge sauce poured down all sides of cup making it gross. My ice cream-loving kids actually threw them out halfway because of taste. Handwritten signs all over the glass trying to explain the menu and a credit card reader that doesn't work. Very surprised they are able to maintain franchise brands this way. My only guess is they own multiple locations and don't visit or spend time at this one. I had heard this location wasn't great but figured they've been open long enough to improve and was trying to give them a chance. Sorry to say I doubt I'd come back.
Ran by 15 year olds. Really awkward customer service. Always out of stuff. Always a bad experience.
