Usually when you go into a Metro diner it is really loud in there. The one that we went to was not. It was really surprising. It had a ceiling instead of being open so it was much quieter than normal. The food was really good I had the Philly cheesesteak and my wife had chicken fingers. She asked for mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries and it was no problem. They gave it to her everything that we had was really good and would definitely go back to this one again

My wife and I visit this location weekly before church and it is an exceptional experience each time. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is clean and inviting. The manager makes sure to say hello and check on our experience each time. The food is always prepared perfectly and delicious. Keep up the great work team!

I ordered the Western omelette and asked for a dab of sour cream to be added on the side. What I received was a 1/2 inch egg pancake folded and overcooked with most of the filling spilling out into the to go dish. The excluded the salsa topping as well as the sour cream. As I sat and watched the time, I observed other people food sit under the heat lamp for 5 minutes while my tray sat on the opposite side counter getting cold. I had to approach the counter and ask if that was my order. Of course it was. It was by far, the worst omelet I can recall receiving ( taste and presentation ). I threw the to go tray into the trash. Thank God for the grits or I'd still be hungry. I counted a total of 9 tables being waited on so it wasn't a busy time of day. Every table was already eating except the table who's food was sitting under the lamp. And to think I was decent enough to leave a tip. Had I not had deadlines to meet at work I would have taken it back. I just won't patronize that establishment ever again.

We had such a wonderful experience at Metro Diner on 210! Our waiter, Matthew, was absolutely great — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right. When my eggs came out a little overcooked, the manager, Sage, went above and beyond to make it right. He genuinely cared that our meal was perfect and that we left happy.
Ps. The mimosa flight was absolutely delicious! highly recommend this location!
Kristina M was absolutely amazing working the bar next to the kitchen on November 8th. She was attentive and very informative about the menu items. I usually prefer a table seat but her and the food line made the bar the place to be and have a great meal experience with their friendly attitude and extremely efficient food service. Angie the manager working the food line clearly has a passion for food and working with people as well.

We’ve been to this location three times and each time we’ve had Kirsten as our server. She’s beyond Amazing!! We love her! She’s sweet, funny, super attentive, and always helps us get exactly what we want and end up loving it. She helped me customize my breakfast plate to something even better than what I had originally asked for! The food is ALWAYS incredible… PERFECT!

I would love to give a Screaming 5 star review to Sage and his team at the Johns Creek location near Cr 210 !!! You guys are awesome and amazing and Never disappoint ! Food is always on time , prepared with culinary excellence, with a smile starting from the hostess desk, to the table to the departure. . I rarely take the time to do these reviews , however being a chef myself, I had to give your team a shout out!! Keep doing what you’re doing and WELCOME to The neighborhood ❤️💯
