Had an issue last nite with order via Door Dash. Called store and Manger resolved issue over and beyond. He had new food out, even late. After probably 13 yrs, it was the best food. We ordered stuffed crusted cheese pizza, Honey Chipotle wings, and the BBQ with pineapple/roma/chicken.
I cannot say enough of Customer service.

Pizza was good and they had several specials that made it reasonably priced. The service at this location was excellent. We were greeted with a smile they were very friendly and efficient.

I ordered a pizza on the Papa John’s app. at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. Used my Papa tracker to just watch my DoorDash delivery driver change multiple times. I then see my order was canceled 1 & 1/2 hrs later. I called the store and waited on hold for 20mins with no person to pick up the phone. I even left a 20% tip for the driver. I will not be ordering from this location again. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

This company is a joke. You file a complaint, and nothing happens. You talk to the manager, and they just don't care.The GM is a piece of work. The roof is collapsing above the ceiling tiles. There is standing water in the ceiling.And there's mold everywhere.

I called to place an order and was transferred to 3 different people.I ordered large half pepperoni and half supreme. There were laughing in the background including the person who took my order. When i picked up, it was half pepperoni and half cheese. I told them it was wrong but the cashier guy seems didn’t care. The person who took my order didn’t pay attention because he was laughing while taking my order and didn’t repeat to me what i’m ordering. Bad customer service. I’m not coming back to this location.
