I ordered a pizza on the Papa John’s app. at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. Used my Papa tracker to just watch my DoorDash delivery driver change multiple times. I then see my order was canceled 1 & 1/2 hrs later. I called the store and waited on hold for 20mins with no person to pick up the phone. I even left a 20% tip for the driver. I will not be ordering from this location again. This is not the first time this has happened to me.

This company is a joke. You file a complaint, and nothing happens. You talk to the manager, and they just don't care.The GM is a piece of work. The roof is collapsing above the ceiling tiles. There is standing water in the ceiling.And there's mold everywhere.

I called to place an order and was transferred to 3 different people.I ordered large half pepperoni and half supreme. There were laughing in the background including the person who took my order. When i picked up, it was half pepperoni and half cheese. I told them it was wrong but the cashier guy seems didn’t care. The person who took my order didn’t pay attention because he was laughing while taking my order and didn’t repeat to me what i’m ordering. Bad customer service. I’m not coming back to this location.

I went into this Papa John's and I got cheesesticks to go and they were hot and fresh. The girl behind the counter, I think her name was Erin, was very friendly. I will frequent this location often because of the quality of the food and customer services.

Worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to, and getting worse over the years. If you order during the day, it’s great, but something happens in the evenings where the pizzas don’t get cooked through even when requesting well done. Then when you request a remake the kid working there has nothing but attitude. “That’s how our pizzas are, this isn’t raw, it’s cold” was his response. So it’s supposed to be slimy and doughy under the sauce? That’s laughable since if I had ordered for lunch rather than dinner it gets made properly. I’ll go back to making the drive to the Racetrack location to get properly cooked pizza and good service. Papa John’s needs to pull that franchise and close it down, or give it to someone that knows how to properly run a store.

I was initially worried as they told me over the phone it was going to be 15 minutes, I showed up at 15 minutes and the guy said they hadn't even started it. I'm glad I checked back as it was done 5 or 10 minutes later.
I didn't have very high hopes until I saw how well made the pizza was. Probably one of the better made pizzas from Papa John's I've had.
