I went there again today 8/21. My crispy tenders were the best I have ever had. Ian—another great job!

And…I worked at PDQ in The Villages for 2 years. Congratulations, Tony, you have a wonderful staff. I would love to be a part of it one day.

I first went there and there was a man who was actually very helpful and he said he was new to the job I wish I got his name but I had a good experience and because of him I came back today a couple of weeks later, and then the drive thru girl with the short black hair looked like she wanted to jump out the window and hated her job. I get it. It’s fast food. But I also haven’t memorized the menu and I needed to ask extra questions and she acted like I was being such a bother. When I pulled up she greeted me without even looking at me she was doing some other tasks and just monotone “how can I help you” after sighing. I just felt so discouraged to proceed and I didn’t wanna be a bother by asking questions but I genuinely needed recommendations in the menu and I just felt like I was treated as a nuisance. When the drive thru wasn’t even packed it was slow. My order was wrong and I didn’t get the correct sandwich because she didn’t listen to my order fully at all.

The food isnt bad. But they can definitely do better on their signature sauce. It doesn't do much for their chicken which is really good.

A young man named Maanas took my order, i’ve never had a nicer experience while getting food before, he truly made my day better with one order, what an outstanding gentleman.

The same cold chicken nugets and fries. I decided not to come back to this location ever.

We have been frequent customers of PDQ mainly because our kids have liked it and it was handy after coming home from karate, gym etc. But it would be great if you could revamp your salads to offer a better tasting more healthy menu option. I don’t expect a CAVA salad but offering greens rather than iceberg lettuce would be a good start. Also more abundant fresh veggie topping offerings would be nice. The salads are just sad to be honest. There were 2 strands of red cabbage on my salad. The pepperonis were more brown than yellow. Chicken is good; fries are good though your original fries were better. But everyone now has chicken tenders and fries that are decent. Most places don’t have really good healthy options. Thanks.
