Took about 2 years off from this place due to very bad quality pizza. Gave new try week ago, and pizza was good. Tried again tonight, and found long hair baked into crust (this is how I know it came from employee). Really ruined the experience. Every employee should be wearing some type of hair covering. Probably am done with this place.

Ordered multiple items off the menu, including 16 wings that never arrived. Called the place and they promised to send the wings and provide store credit, but the wings never arrived. Not "eating" from here again. Also not entirely sure they bothered giving the tip I provided to the delivery guy, as it wasn't on the receipt they gave him.

Worst treatment I've ever had from a so called manager of a pizza place! I just called the Bartram Oaks Walk Pizza Hut to explain to them that last time we ordered their pizza they forgot some toppings and their new cupped pepperoni tasted like burnt plastic. The pepperoni had to be removed and even then the pizza was barely edible. I was hoping to get 1 of our 2 medium pizzas for free after that experience so I called to talk to a manager instead of ordering online. I've had multiple similar experiences in the past with pizza joints and they've always been happy to accommodate reasonable requests. When I explained this story to the manager she cut me off and said rudely; "Sir! Thats not how this works, I can't just give you a free pizza if you didn't call back the night you had the bad experience and report the issue then!" So I said; "Well I'm telling you now your pepperoni tasted like burnt plastic, and no I didn't bother calling back about it the night it happened" She just started to repeat the same thing over again with even more attitude so I was left with no choice to tell her "Ok lady if it's gonna be like that I'll take my business elsewhere." I'll be getting in touch with a regional manager about this soon too, absolutely unacceptable, this woman needs to be fired....

So where to start!!! DoorDash… oh DoorDash delivers my Pizza and when you have a little baby that is sleeping and tell them not to knock or ring door bell and they don’t listen… that makes you very upset. Barbara was very amazing. Went above and beyond what I could truly ask for. Thanks for being so professional and truly understanding.

I went to Pizza Hut to order food. The experience was terrible. The lady was extremely rude because I asked her if she could please make sure that the cheese is covering the pizza so there's no red showing. For whatever reason my request triggered her. Her response was if you going to pay for extra cheese. I was shocked. I said to her. I just wanted to look like the picture on the wall. I'm not requesting extra cheese. She said the pizza's never look like they do on the wall if you want it to be covered your going to pay for extra cheese rudely. I was shocked at her rudeness. I said that's okay. Thanks... I proceeded to leave. I smiled and said have a good day. She yells whatever. I look back at her and ask her do you think that was appropriate or professional to say to me? I ask her why would she said whatever. She told me because I told her that's okay and walked away. I said you think you don't think that was a rude. I said I was not being rude to you at all. I was speaking very calmly to her. I want edher to see her err. But she didn't. She became very argumentative. I asked her for the address. She said she didn't know the address. I asked her for a receipt sitting on the register. She yells and says that's not your receipt. I said I just wanted to get the information off of it. What my hopes was is to get the store number so I can file a complaint. All she told me wasn't the street was Bartram after I asked her again. I asked what the store number she gave me a number she told me she wrote down 4285.
Asking for cheese to cover the pizza so there no red is showing turned into contention. I'm very shocked by the unprofessionalism of this Pizza Hut. I won't utilize this place again.

Yo, Pizza Hut! You've been my go-to spot since I was a kid. Back when I was seven, this was the place to be. My taste in food has changed over the years, but you've always been there for me, like a chill side chick waiting for my late-night call. Nasty pizza x 2 Saturday night. Picked it up. Pepperoni for the grandkids. Tons of Pepperoni & U would think why complain about too much Pepperoni but it was like the Exxon Valdese of oil under the pizza. Adults got Supreme thin crust. The crust was like cardboard it was so dry & hardly any toppings or sauce. Yuk & $44.00!! The Best thing...the kids wanted a mini Cinnabon order. They were amazing. Think that's 1st & last time for the Hut!

This is the last straw for me with this location, driver marked the order as delivered when he couldn’t read the house numbers and just parked down the street in the middle of the day, when I got my pizza it was folded over in the wrong box and butchered across the middle. Save your money, order from a local place. I certainly will moving forward.

I called to irder pizzas for my daughters 13th birthday. The person who answered the phone had no knowledge of the products they offered. When i finally told him i was ready to order he told me that i had to got online to order. I tild him i was driving. He said that they had customers and was doing stuff and could not take my order. I then called back and asked for the manager he said it would be 5 minutes i told him i would wait. When a lady got on saying she was a manager i told her what happen and this is what she said. We hire people with learning disabilites and he was over welmed. I ask maybe she should put some else on the pho e then she replied well i have to work with what i got. Then anything else and hungup. This place is not somewhere you want to get food from and by judging from their reviews alot of people feel that way
