So I wanted to go to a different Ross besides the one in town center (and also I was getting tired of town center LOL), and I figured this Ross is pretty new, so they must have stocked it with some good stuff. WRONG. Even though it's been opened for quite a while, it is pretty bare. There were some empty shelves throughout the store, and compared to other Ross stores in the area their selection is very limited. But on the bright side, the store is clean. I have been here 3 times since it opened last month and I keep thinking it’ll be better the next time. Welp, I’m done. There’s only 1 cashier and 1 return area ( who won’t ring people up) and it doesn’t matter how many customers are waiting they won’t open another line. I'm just not impressed with this store. We have been to this local location now 4-5 times and yet to find that it packs a variety of items. The store is kept clean, however each and every time we have looked for a typical size they are all mixed up and it becomes very frustrating. ( Not very Organized) I find this location different then the town center location in Jax.
