I had the best experience when I was at smoothie king on 12/28/25. Lara was super friendly with answering any questions with a smile on her face and even offered a pup cup for my puppy. Great tasting smoothies

I never write reviews, but after today, I have to. I walked into Smoothie King exhausted from errands and correcting my husband about the WiFi again. Then I met the sweetest girl, Cara, who took my order with a kind smile. I got a strawberry peanut power and it was so flavorful and delicious! Between Cara’s amazing customer service and the best smoothie I’ve ever had, Smoothie King is now my happy place. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered a Mango Kale Smoothie. I just moved to Jacksonville and tried this smoothie place today. Big mistake. I'm not sure if the fruit was old or what happened but it upset my stomach tremendously. I've been using the restroom off and on for over 2 hours.

Excellent service here. The guy at the drive-thru happily offered my dog a 'pup cup' (which I didn't even know they had, as when the girls run the drive-thru--they never mention it!) and was very personable. Great experience!

Pathetic excuse for a Smoothie King store. I asked for a strawberry smoothie with two scoops of vanilla whey protein and what I got looked and tasted like an artificial strawberry drink with a couple inches of protein floating at the top. It wasn’t icy and it didn’t even have any strawberry seeds in it. That’s not a smoothie! Absolutely pitiful, especially for a store in St. Johns County. Inflation doesn’t give you the right to serve people garbage quality “smoothies”
Mark, consistently provides the best customer service at this smoothie king. He always is kind, upbeat, and goes the extra mile making order upgrade suggestions. I go to this smoothie king in the morning just for the service to start my day off right.

ORDER A SMALL bc medium and larges arent filled to the top. They skim you while upcharging you. Mid level service. They could definitely do better. If I owned this place id give the customer what they pay for considering inflation. Order at your own risk
