First time in. Food was ok but for $32, I expected better. The girl up front has her male friend there the whole time we were, standing at the register with her. My wrap wasn't what I wanted (had an extra ingredient). When asked, she said well that's what was order said so you must have pushed that on the kiosk. I do not work for you so I wasn't trained on the register. Your sign says that the person will help but nobody ever offered. She was too busy flirting with the guy there. Don't think we will be back. Good concept for a restaurant tho.

I absolutely love So Fresh and recommend it 100%! The food is always delicious and fresh. However, there’s one concern I’ve had a few times. I usually order a small bowl without any protein, but on more than one occasion, I’ve found a piece of chicken and even some corn in my bowl—items I didn’t order.
It makes me wonder if the ingredients are being mixed or reused somehow. I understand places like Chipotle operate buffet-style, where some mixing might happen, but So Fresh prepares food to order, which is one of the reasons I choose it.
Please be mindful of cross-contamination, as some people have allergies or dietary restrictions. I still love your food—I just hope this can be improved moving forward. 🥹💚

I ordered several different bowls for people to choose from. Since I wasn’t ordering bowls for specific people, I requested the bowls to list what was in them to make it easier for them to choose which one they wanted. I assumed y’all would just print out a sticker with it on and stick it on, but was very shocked to see someone took the time to hand write the contents of each bowl. I honestly feel so bad because I didn’t mean to cause that much extra work, but I beyond appreciate it. It made it sooo much easier for everyone to choose which one they wanted. Thank you for going above and beyond!

This is the second time I go to this place and end up receiving food that is not fresh, as the name of the business implies it should be.
I am not sure what it is but I have a feeling that yesterday the Red Quinoa with lime smelled rotten. I say I’m not sure what it was because the smell seemed to come from the Quinoa, but it was also mixed with avocado sauce so it could have been that.
A couple of hours after eating both me and my wife (who also ate here) began to have stomach problems, and this was the last thing we’d eaten. Even today my wife is in bed with severe stomach cramps.
Like I mentioned, I’m not 100% sure what it was, but when I smelled the area around my quinoa in the bowl, it smelled extremely rotten, and only ate about 3 bites before I noticed, which still left me with digestive issues.
To the restaurant:
Please check your food. I’m not sure if you leave some of this in the fridge overnight or not, but make sure it’s fresh. There’s no reason customers should be happy to eat at your location and then end up with days of digestion problems.

So much for fresh this places noodles were cold and tasted like plastic and the workers wouldn’t heat up my plastic noodles but I wouldn’t want them to touch it because they weren’t wearing gloves. I couldn’t get my order right cause their eyes were glued to their phone.

Online ordering is super easy. Food was ready on time and it was delicious! Their zucchini noodles, quinoa, and chicken with the green pesto sauce is the best. Also love their quesadillas!
