I am a regular loyal customer with Starbucks and I honestly really like the store inside,It’s nice and clean.Some of the cashiers are friendly! However I don’t know if this is a miscommunication or misunderstanding because this isn’t the first time that they don’t really make my frappe good how’s it supposed to.I can never get the right consistency at this location.Other places are great.I went today drive through rushing as I was late for my kids soccer game and didn’t have time to make my own coffee at home.I ordered 3 mocha frappes. 1 normal as it comes w extra whipped and extra blended and the 2 other ones for kids no caffeine (basically chocolate milk w blended ice) and 2 cake pops.Cake pops were delicious and fresh.BUT The frappes were HORRIBLE.Especially Mine!! Is this a joke?
It was very wiggly, watery, not smooth and creamy. All I could test was milk not even chocolate milk.0 caffeine.Yes I made sure I told them ONLY 2 with no caffeine. Anyway I got back and asked nicely if they could please remake it as it’s not smooth and has no flavor.The guy was like sure. Then I had to wait 5 mins or more and he’s like here’s your frappe with an attitude .I got it and still didn’t click. Having that response from him very disrespectful I didn’t feel like going back. I wasn’t gonna go back and forth not worth it. It had No caffeine at all and all I could taste was milk and blended ice on my 2nd one as a remade.Then my kids didn’t drink their drink either, They said they don’t taste the chocolate at all no flavor .We just wasted $25 ! And had to keep going on my busy evening without my coffee.Thanks Starbucks at this location! Next time I’ll always go to my favorite location,Durbin pavilion or 210!!

If my order says it will be ready at 12:22, don't tell me at 12:23 that I should wait an extra five minutes before even going through the drive through to pick it up.

The app gives us time stamps. Just because you didn't see the order until I pulled up doesn't mean I didn't wait until after the time-frame given by the app. It just means you suck at looking at your tickets.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer, spending at least $50 weekly ...at the Racetrack Rd and St John pkwy store, visiting daily in the afternoon. The staff typically know me and prepare my drinks exactly how I like them, which I’ve always appreciated. However, my experience on Monday, June 9, 2025, at 10 a.m. was deeply disappointing and has led me to stop visiting this location.

While on a bike ride with my son, we stopped by to refill our water bottles, as we had run out. To my shock, I was told that unless I made a purchase, I couldn’t get a cup of tap water. There were six employees present, two of whom recognized me as a regular. I explained that I’m a daily customer, yet the team lead insisted this was a “company policy” changed in February. This response was not only dismissive but also incorrect, as I later confirmed with Starbucks corporate that no such policy exists. Corporate apologized for the misrepresentation of their brand and assured me they would address the issue.

For a company that charges $6 for a coffee, denying a loyal customer a basic necessity like water is unacceptable. Worse, the team lead’s lack of leadership and poor customer service was evident. I believe no one should ever be denied water or access to a restroom—basic human needs. This experience violated my principles and Starbucks’ values.

I’m disappointed to lose a location I frequented, but I hope corporate follows through on their promise to rectify this. I will not return to this store and urge management to train staff on proper customer service and company policies.

Bruno and Stephanie were absolutely incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for Teacher Appreciation. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to help made a huge difference. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and thoughtful support — I couldn’t have done it without them. Truly exceptional!

This is my to go Starbucks even though it's a little bit farther than the one on SR13. For some reason it is cheaper and the staff is always polite. They also make my drink right every time!!
