If I could give this establishment zero stars, I would it’s just too bad you gotta give one star just to put a review in . Literally ordered a DoorDash order from here mind you this was $100 worth of food. Literally half the things on the damn receipt aren’t even in the bag. It’s literally like who is working there and packing these orders and even verifying their complete. It’s either poor management or you literally are hiring folks who either can’t read or lack the integrity for the job. You get a pass the first time but when it’s been three times within six months and every time it’s been wrong!?

I waited 40 minutes for a grilled cheese burrito, quesadilla and caramel cinnamon twists. When I asked how much longer they said soon and took 20 more minutes.

aco Bell is always a fun spot when you’re craving something quick and tasty. The food comes out fast, the menu has lots of choices, and the flavors are always bold and satisfying. The prices are affordable, and it’s a great place to grab a late-night snack or a quick meal on the go. The staff is usually friendly, and the service is pretty reliable. Overall, Taco Bell is a solid choice for fast food with a little extra flavor

Got a spicy potato taco it had 3 small pieces of potato. So disappointed my chicken quesadilla had a sprinkle of chicken, not at all up to the standards of prior meals I've received 😕

They force doordash and uber delivery drivers to come inside past 1 am. Most taco bells allow late night drive through pickups. This forces us to go inside and be ignored till we have to ask or they ask rudely what you want. Their is zero reasoning for this other than poor management skills by not being able to keep up with product loss. Be better.

Don't order through the app at Taco Bell 355 Harper Ln in Saint Johns, Jacksonville, FL. They make the delivery driver wait 30 to 40 minutes, and sometimes you have to wait over an hour to receive your order. This is one of the worst restaurants for ordering through an app.

i literally paid extra for chicken on my taco then i get a taco with maybe 4 Pieces of chicken on it and beef to fill up all the missing meat and my burrito literally had no chicken i don’t understand how your missing an ingredient that’s literally in the name of the item🤦🏼♀️
