While we watched this restaurant being built, we actually went for the first time this week. The old saying of "you get what you pay for" holds very true to this wonderful restaurant. If you are looking for lower prices, crowded conditions, and so-so service, then do not come to Trattoria. There are plenty of other places. This is a family-owned and operated restaurant with everything made in house with fresh ingredients. We had the absolute delight of having one of the daughters (Nina) be our server, and she is fabulous. We did have questions about the menu, and after she had answered them, I remarked to my husband that she was very knowledgeable of the menu (and really sweet, too.) It wasn't until later that we discovered she is one of the "family." This is a wonderful place for casual dining, or for a celebration. Yes, you will pay a little more, but it's worth every penny. We are so happy we finally tried Trattoria - and we will be back. The food, the service, the atmosphere were all wonderful! Thanks for a great evening.

Marcelino was our bartender and he was the coolest guy. Super personable and welcoming. Felt like being at home with friends. Also made the single best espresso martini that I’ve had in my life. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Loved it.

So disappointing! I ordered a pasta fish with scallops and shrimp. No taste or flavor on a lot of spaghetti swimming in grease. 2.5 scallops and 3 shrimps. An additional salad was $7.00
Service was good after we changed tables. The first table was in the least desirable location in the restaurant which was almost empty.

The food is excellent, but above all is the service and the people. So lovely and accommodating. I would highly recommend!

I highly recommend this restaurant, which preserves Italian tradition with very well-crafted recipes.

You can really tell the care they put into the presentation of the dishes, and especially because they make the pasta fresh every day.

The service is special and feels like family.
I suggest enjoying an evening at the piano bar with a lovely drink.

I am from out of town visiting with friends and my husband, child and I go to a range of restaurants all of the time. We ordered the children's food 1st because it makes things easier. All other restaurants put in the order and come right back and get other orders. We TOLD the server to go put them in and come back and and we would order. She had them prepare the order, 20 + mins later she came back and got our order. Also, the server wasn't attentive to the drinks, my husband had an empty glass twice for extended periods of time. When my friend ordered her dessert, I had to order something quickly because the server started walking away. This also took 20 to 30 minutes to get. Often servers who already have a tip included for parties of 6 of more will pick the party who they think might tip more or aren't spending as much money on food or money on alcoholic beverages, which we didn't. I felt very dismissed. As a wife of a business owner who prides himself in customer service we know the importance of making everyone feel important from start to finish.

Service with attitudes, specifically the owner or the manager idk who she is the blonde haired mid 40s lady. Food was cold and tasted awful. Do not recommend anyone waste their time with this terrible restaurant

While visiting Jacksonville from NY we were lucky enough to find this gem of a restaurant. The food was delicious and deserves a 5 Star rating. Highly recommended stuffed mushrooms, the calamari steak simply fantastic , the best calamari we’ve ever tasted. I thoroughly enjoyed the penne Al a Vodka with shrimp and sausage. Chicken Parmesan is excellent . Our waiter was top notch and very attentive. Service was fantastic…This is a great Italian restaurant experience.

Exceptional in every respect. REAL Italian food, expertly prepared and appropriately served. Wonderful, succulent flavor. Very reasonable cost. This is a new family favorite. 5 of 5!!!
