My wife and I both had the grouper special … may be the best grouper we’ve ever had. Nina our server was great. She was very friendly and accommodating. The group serving we had was a very generous size. Our 5th dining here and they’ve all been outstanding

I can't begin to describe the atmosphere in this warm, family owned eatery. They welcome you and make you feel like you've been going there for years. The artfully crafted homemade entrees are some of the finest I've ever eaten, but don't stop there. The bartender is an artisan as well. If you watch him prepare signature cocktails and martinis you'll see he takes his time to create and make your libations both tasty and goregous! You may as well have one of their amazing desserts too, because you're not going to want to leave there anyway. I can't wait to return!

My partner and I frequent this restaurant when family is in town, celebrations, date night, etc! We have never been disappointed with cocktails, food or service. All food is made from scratch, in house. The only place near Bartram with delicious Italian food. 100000/10 would recommend!

My friend almost lost her tooth when she bit into the bread. My napkin had hair on itThey gave me a clean one however it turned out it wS dirty as well. The waitress took it and I never received a napkin. The food had no flavor. I'm very Unhappy.

The food was excellent. Did take a while for the food to come out, but it was good. Had bread, Sangria and their house special Butternut squash raviolis. Friendly staff and service.

What an amazing cultural experience! While visiting family in Florida, we stumbled across this spectacular Italian eatery. The experience in a nutshell was 10 stars. When my husband and I entered, we were in awe - we felt like we were back in Italy. The decor was rustic Italian and we couldn't help but notice every detail - from the wall color and texture, to the pictures, the lighting, and the soft Italian music playing in the background. We were immediately greeted by a friendly hostess who brought us to our table. Minutes after, our waitress introduced herself. Being of Italian heritage, we couldn't wait to try the handmade pasta dishes like our family used to make. I have never been to an Italian restaurant that makes the pasta from scratch! We were told by the waitress that the flour to make the pasta is even imported from Italy! We ordered the Spagh Pomodoro and then decided to try Pizza Abruzze with an Arugula Salad. The food was delivered quickly and piping hot from the kitchen. We watched each other as we took our first bite of pasta and we both new we found our new "home away from home".After finishing every single bite on our plates, we were offered the dessert menu but unfortunately there was no room left. On the way out, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Mario who asked us how our experience was and if there was anything that we could suggest to make it better. There was nothing we could say other than we absolutely loved it.In our opinion, Trattoria di Bernardone, is a diamond in the rough. We absolutely can't wait to visit again when on vacation in Florida. 10 Stars - Perfezione!

My fiancé and I love coming here. By far the best Italian cuisine I have ever had. You can tell they really care about using quality ingredients and making the dishes stand out. I have tried many different things on the menu and have never had something that tasted bad or was disappointing. I definitely don't mind paying more for good quality food and great service. All of the staff is super friendly, kind, and attentive. I highly recommend coming here!

This is by far the top Italian restaurant in the St Johns County area. This restaurant is lovingly run by a family. All their food is delicious. The portions are generous. The desserts are delectable. We can't wait to go back.

Had reservations for 11 ppl, seated on time, beverage & appetizer orders taken quickly....Everyone's orders were accurate and delicious.Server was professional, and though some 'wait time' was longer than most may expect, it was not a problem, gave us extra time for fellowship & conversation.Classy restaurant with stupendous service & excellent cuisine
