Apparently it's now common practice for cashiers to ask if you are adding a tip before making your smoothie. Even when paying cash. Are the employees on a server style pay plan now? There must be a tattoo artist / salon level of experience, artistry, and skill that goes into the smoothies at this location. Second time we have been here…first time they had no ice. Today we waited 25 minutes for food, saw customers who came in after us get their food. Finally asked about order, they asked oh what did you order? Finally made delivered order to table (one sandwich and two quesadillas). Did not have salsa with quesadillas…went to counter again to ask for it, I was told by person who looked to be manager oh we don’t have any of that.
