Really delicious smoothies, some of which are actually good for you! Friendly staff, quick service. Love it.

I’ve been going to this Tropical Smoothie for quite some time, but in the past few weeks, I’ve really been enjoying it. There’s an employee named Daniel — he’s always super, super nice and always focused on customer service. This is my favorite location in all of Jacksonville.

Summary: A corporate decision has damaged the in-store customer experience. Service is poor and it is not the employees' fault.

There is a timer displayed behind the counter measuring how quickly the staff can move customers out of the drive through. This has clearly put pressure on the 5 employees to focus on drive through and left me standing at the counter for quite a while before I was acknowledged, then several minutes more before my order was taken. Whatever corporate strategist thought the timer would improve efficiency, please know you've incentivised your employees to ignore the in-store customer. Food quality was very good. Employee who took my order didn't say a word to me other than my total and was clearly distracted by the drive through headset still on his ear.

What in the world is this? A quesadilla with just the tortilla shell and a diet of cheese. Go figure. People really need to take pride in their jobs and do their jobs well or don’t work at all. What a shame you pay for something and you do not get it of course Too far to turn around after realizing the crappy job they did and making the food.

Went to order at 8:54pm. Open until 9 pm the sign and Google. The announcement said they are now closed.

A great place for a quick light bite and the most delicious healthy made to order smoothies you can find.

Trash. Worst tropical smoothie ever. Looks like a kid made the wrap. Horrible presentation. Should be ashamed to be in business offering trash like this. I wonder is that what you get when you do not tip upfront as you are prompted when you pay by card here. Pitiful.
The tropical smoothie in Saint Augustine off of SR 16 by 95 is the standard. Please reach out to them for the blueprint because this ain’t it.

I’m from Orlando and I’m temporarily up in the Jacksonville area for work. I discovered this chain and have been going to them almost constantly. I just finished my meal from this location, and it was phenomenal. The customer service was exceptional, and the young lady that took my order was as polite, knowledgeable, and as professional as it gets. You will be seeing me many more times.

food and smoothies good as always, staff literally looked miserable, the girl at the window didn’t even bother cracking a smile or saying anything when i greeted her or said thank you. if you hate your job so much just quit. dude that took my order was cool.

I walked in and wasn’t greeted by anyone. There was 5 people behind the counter from my view and not a one said “someone will be with you in a moment.” Finally the woman at the drive thru, I believe a manager told someone to take my order. I ordered a smoothie and a quesadilla with extra salsa on the side. Well the salsa came on the quesadilla and it was the messiest one I’ve ever. After taking my order I go to pay and he is standing over the register to see if I leave a tip and what I leave. Absolutely hated that, made me just want to get my money back and leave. First time at this location and will never be back. Only reason I gave it a 2 star is because I love eating at tropical smoothie. Will definitely be finding another location to eat at.

They give to go orders that are from others to people in the drive thru.

When prompted that the items are wrong, they don't double check the ticket.

This behavior is unacceptable when they are also having drive thru employees ask you for a tip before ever receiving any service. (1) I'm quite sure tropical smoothie pays above tip wages and (2) what is the point of pre tipping to receive food someone else ordered? Even after prompting your employees that an error occurred?

I hadn't been to a tropical smoothie in years. Appreciate your swift reminder why.

VERY slow drive through service—waited in line for 20 minutes several times. Don’t go if you want fast service.

Morning smoothie run! Tried the Ohana Breeze smoothie. It was tasty. $7.99 for the 24 oz size. Quick service inside.

I had the chipotle wrap, jalapeño corn, and a Bahama mama. It was delicious!
