Don't come here if you want gluten free doughnuts. Paid almost $5 for a doughnut that they said could be made like any of the doughnuts in the display case. So I'm expecting this immaculate doughnut and I get the world's tiniest doughnut with the glaze just dumped all over it in a paper bag. Also asked for a latte and basically just got milk? You can't expect the best with gluten free allergies and dining out but this was kinda bad. Still sick to my stomach. Saw someone on here say it tasted like edible playdough and they were spot onDietary restrictions: They have gluten-free options but they suck

I recently visited Parlor Doughnuts and tried their amazing donuts for the first time with my kids. We called them "croissant donuts" because they tasted similar to croissants, which was really cool. I also had a lavender iced latte, and it was delicious.The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty and unique treat. It definitely deserves a 5-star review for its great food and welcoming vibe.

The lady who gave my son and I our donuts was nice as we hadn’t been here before and didn’t know how or what to order. …but, someone should probably tell the young associates to get off their phone when ringing people up. Won’t be coming back here.

On Feb 14th 8:am St Johns location I ordered a hot latte. After placing my order I watched as the barista texted on his phone and spent 10 minutes preparing one coffee. The location came out of the gate blazing only to begin the fizzle we have all often seen after time.Be prepared as this location today is hit and miss on preparedness, service and many items may not be available shortly after they open.

We visit Jacksonville, Florida, every year. I was introduced to parlor doughnuts by a family member 2 years ago. It is now on my list of places I must eat while we are there. I wish we had one in our hometown. It is literally the best doughnut I have ever tried. We bought a dozen on our most recent trip. Everyone we tried was amazing, but the French toast doughnut is my favorite. If you're in Jacksonville, you have to try Parlor Doughnuts!

Came here after a terrible start to a stupidly early morning. I feel very fortunate this was the coffee place where I started my day. The girl who greeted me was just so pleasant and helpful that she gave me the reset I was hoping a coffee and donut would give me. It’s clean, bright, and smells nice. My coffee was just right. Breakfast tacos pretty good, and my donut was a bit puffy for me but tasted great.We all know what it feels like to get hit with a bad morning. And we all know what it feels like when someone treats us with kindness and fills our belly with goodness.Thanks everyone for giving me the reset I needed to deal with a bad start to a long day. If I’m ever in the area again, I know where to go!
