Blond girl at the window on September 18th Thursday night at 10pm, was very rude and had poor attitude. I asked for extra tomatoes and I didn’t receive them the first time. When I went back through the drive through, she acted as if it was an inconvenience and threw the tomato box in my hands without saying a word after I said thank you.

The server at cashier kept some of my change for a drive through order. They wouldn’t give you the 2 for 3 biscuit deal if you don’t ask for it. He was overcharging by almost 4 dollars per person until I brought it up.

Ugh. So disappointed. PLaced mobile order. Waited 5 min to leave my house. 10 minutes to drive to restaurant. Get there and there are 5 people waiting for orders. Coke machine had absolutely no Coke and no coke flavors. Not even Diet Coke. When I finally got my food and left the drive thru had a line that stretched all the way around to the front of the store.

My girls always go for their free frosty without purchasing anything extra. We eat here often as it’s easy and appreciate those who are working. I decided to write a review as good things to find are not posted as often. The manager was amazing and gave us a Diet Coke today. Thank you for making our day!!!

I went into the location to order two hamburger meals for takeout. When I got home, I realized the young man working the counter wasn’t listening and got both of my orders wrong. In addition, my wife’s hamburger was under cooked. When I looked at mine which I had already eaten a portion was also undercooked (very pink). I returned to the store to ask for a replacement and to let them know about the under cooked meat. They were not concerned about either the meat being under cooked or the order. They actually argued with me about the order and I had to remind them that the real issue is the meat being pink. They said “we are having a problem with our grill getting the hamburger up to 160 degrees”. After the run around with them I walked out without a refund or food. Needless to say, I think this place is not safe to visit and will be calling the health department.

August 12, 2025; after 6pm the black chick at the drive through window has horrible customer service. Gave me drink and food didn’t even look at me didn’t say thank you. Not coming back here!!

In last 3 weeks, salads either no dressing/pecan, no dressing and tonite nothing but supposed salad. Little bit of chicken and barely apples.
Used to good but seems new Manager or new Prep person and no quality control.
Broken leg so sux or I would walk in to ask them to coach situation.

This place is run by children. You can’t get anyone with a brain to take your order . I asked for NO mayo on my burger it’s covered in mayo I could not get a receipt NO lettuce and all I get is excuses! Hire some grown ups!

Every single time I go through the drive through it turns into pot luck. I order one thing, may get it but most of the time not. Today’s Frankenstein was I ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich. I got a double with onion and mustard only. And when I mean only there was so much mustard, like 5 sandwiches worth, I could not see anything else.

Instead of going in to fix this total screw up, yet again, I chucked it and went to Publix instead.

Today at my visit Marshall, Devin, Nate, and sam helped me with my service and I’ve never been taken care of better. They were polite and very encouraging and enjoyable. I think they all deserve a raise.

It's a Wendy's. That's the most important thing. This location has been having some teething pains after it first opened only a few months ago; things seem a bit smoother now but still sometimes ragged and inconsistent. In particular, the staff seem unhappy and unfriendly compared to most other Wendy's locations. They are nevertheless competent and, after some issues early on, reasonably quick and accurate with the orders.
