I don’t know how there was nobody in drive thru and nobody inside in the line and they still managed to mess up the orders for me and my co workers 3 of us btw . EVERYTHING was wrong . And this is the lettuce you give me and don’t even give me the bacon that comes on it . WILD. Manager walks in the kitchen in normal clothes and wipes her nose and says ok I’m leaving . Nobody in line but I was forced to order on the kiosk . SMH . Minimum wage job that requires minimal skill and y’all still manage to screw EVERYTHING UP . Good luck in the big world .

This location is great when the older gentleman manager is there. But the rest of the time, they have horrible service, and always forget some parts of my order at the drive thru. They also make sloppy sandwiches a lot of the time. Reminder I hardly have any issues when the manager I mentioned is there.

This Wendy’s is worse than the one in world golf village. They take forever to take your order when nobody is even there. Then you have to wait forever to get your food and it’s cold/not fresh. They up charge you and when you question them about the up charge to a large meal they tell you there district manager told them to. All of it is unexceptionable. They need to pay attention and ask if people would like to upsize their meals. 100% the staff will not care if I come back or not but I recommend that you don’t go there.

I have ONLY used the drive-through to grab a soda on my way home from grocery shopping … EVERY time the staff/employee could not be more attentive, enthusiastic and professional. At 10:35AM the man working the window was exceptional! He even complimented my car!
I wanted to be sure and recognize the hard work and dedication of fast-food workers! Thank you.

Unprofessional and IGNORANT. Every time I order nuggets they are cold and so are fries I backed up to tell them to give me a fresh order the woman said to me “ You do this every time” I said well maybe sell customers fresh food especially since I’m paying for it !! Ignorant and apparently slow as a turtle to say that to a paying customer ..

I came by on Monday June 7th around 9:05pm. I always stop by and order several things. I always ask for cook to order fries. This is about the 4th time yall have not given me what I ask for. I even had to wait for my order, making me think I was waiting on the fries to cook. I was a little ways down the road when I reached for the fries that I waited on to cook, just to find out that they were only slightly warm. I didn't have time to turn around to ask for the fries to be replaced. Is this how you treat your n loyal customers? This is turning me away from Wendy's all together. You guys just can't get it right.
This Wendy’s has always been awful. But when it’s pouring down rain, no one else in line, and at least 6 employees working, it shouldn’t be the worst customer service ever. The lady running the drive thru had me pause my order multiple times so she could continue her PHONE conversation. I had to sit with my window down in the rain while she talked to someone about her “baby daddy”. No joke. It was a LOUD conversation on speaker as I was in the drive thru speaker and at the window. I also had to bang on the window and honk my horn to get one of the six employees’ attention for my sauces. I would have gone in for them but it was pouring rain. The WORST customer service. 6:50pm 7/2 whoever is running that restaurant needs to learn what a job is.

Legitimately horrendous. The absolute slowest service I've experienced. Don't waste your time, they don't care about fixing the issue, just like the location in Nocatee. Wendy's continues to ignore their locations and allows this terrible service to continue. I beg of you, do not come here

I didn’t even get to dine-in. I walked in and walked up to the register to place my order. Mind you no one is in the restaurant. There were 2 young women working the window for drive through and 3 young men working the kitchen. I waited by myself in no line for 7 minutes while watching 2 of the men using the N word multiple times and just cutting up. No one greeted me and no one came to take my order. After about 7 minutes one of the gentleman finally came up to me to tell me to use the self serve kiosk. I asked politely if I could place my order with him where he let me know the register was closed and I had to use the self serve kiosk. First off I’m not an employee of Wendy’s. I was not paid to be trained to place my own order on the company’s computer system. I will be sure to contact corporate in regards to the horrendous display of customer service and to sit there and be subjected to 2 young men calling each other the N word. The owner needs to get involved!! Unprofessional and low class is how I would sum up this Wendy’s.

Not a busy store but the staff was there with bells on, the place was cleaner than any Wendy's I've seen before and the food was fresh as hell

I suppose making the correct menu items is just a skill they lack considering 2 of the 3 burgers I ordered were wrong. So don’t worry you’ll still get food but it’s not gonna be what you actually paid for. Go to the wendy’s in Durbin instead.
