Absolutely the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. To be in this area, I don’t know where they recruited this staff from, it’s disgusting. They reek of marijauna, I waited for 25 minutes for a kids 4 pc nugget meal and eventually just told them I wanted a refund… only to be told they could not give me a refund. Don’t waste your time

I went through the drive thru and decided to eat on their patio. My ordering was missing my fries. I went in to ask for them and stood waiting for at least 5 minutes while they served everybody. I waited for more fries to cook which was served to people in line, then just sitting in the fry area as i continued to wait and the employees ignored me. Eventually I got their attention asked again, they said something about me being a “white girl” at which point I told them to just keep the fries and they told me ok, all in front of the manager on shift. So I never ended up getting the fries and my burger got cold and my family had eaten most of the meal by the time I was able to sit down and eat. I’m extremely offended and won’t be back to this location as well as calling corporate to file a complaint.

Staff is NOT supported by management!! I had a staff member assisting me at the window and called for help several times and no one came to help her. The manager finally came walking through and did nothing. The associate the got so flustered they started sobbing and walked out. Terrible, terrible, terrible!!

Visited this location for dinner on 10-30-24. The "HOST" taking orders in the drive thru was very unprofessional and unpleasant. Appeared as our presence and our order were a task and she was bothered for our order. Sever sighs and ugh we're expressed across the intercom. Since we are a bother and service doesn't want to be provided we will never visit this location again. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO ANOTHER LOCATION FOR SERVICE.

I ordered through the drive thru. When I got to the window I asked for a drink carrier for my multiple drinks and some ketchup for the fries. The lady at the window was extremely rude. She didn't want to give me either thing and acted like it was a huge inconvenience I was placing upon her. She threw the ketchup out the window at me and said I should ask for it when ordering. It should have been in the bag with the fries in the first place. They need to put someone there that's capable of handling small requests. Every item I ordered was also wrong.

They said it was open to eat and instead they used a broom to hold the only entrance door shut so they didn't have to let people inside, forcing eaters to use the drive through.

I love a Dave’s double. But come on y’all. Got to clean the place. Wipe down tables, empty trash, and fix the ketchup pump… Fast food places have gone further downhill after Covid and I don’t see them returning to a decent place to eat from ever again.

I’ve gone to this Wendy’s three times because I just started working near this location. The first time I went was 10:30 PM and the lights were on, but there was nobody that I saw in the store. I tried to go through the drive-through, but nobody was available to take my order. The second time I went I was able to order and the food was actually good. Tonight I stopped by to get a chocolate Frosty from the drive-through, when I got up to the window they told me they were out of chocolate frosty. This Wendy’s seems to be poorly run. I’m not sure I’ll make a fourth attempt.
