Ordered Super Bowl Sunday for 5pm pick up. Were they behind? Yes. Did I expect them to magically get my order done once I got there? No.
They tried their best with a busy Super Bowl Sunday with probably not a full staff of employees but the ones that were there were busting their butts banging orders out. Wish people gave service industry and restaurants grace.

If the food wasn’t so good then I wouldn’t order from here again. We placed the online order at 4pm to pick up at 6:30pm, it’s 7:30pm and I’m still waiting. It’s very full of people but there’s barely any movement. It’s disorganized.

Terrible! Skip the wait and order online? Ridiculous! My husband stood for over an hour and a half for our order of 40 wings. Asked for 6pm pickup and it was after 7:30 when he got them. There was no order number so that you could tell where you were at in line, and they claimed they could only see 5 ahead. I will never order Wingstop again.

I had to give it some kind of star but I wish I couldn’t. My husband put in an online order for a SCHEDULED pick up for 5PM. It is currently 7:30PM and he is still at the store waiting for a SCHEDULED pick up. Make it make sense.

Ordered wings 2 hrs prior to the start of the Super Bowl thru Door Dash, driver showed up to pick up wings, and was told all Door Dash drivers will wait at least 45 minutes to receive order. What a joke! First time using this location and will never order or go to this location.

I am shocked at the quality of employees at the Liberty, MO location. We went last night a little after 10:00pm. All the chairs were on the tables, guessing you can't dine in after 10pm? Then the girl taking our order was EATING pickles at the register, licking her fingers. Maybe I am old-school, but it looked very unprofessional and there were other customers in the store.

FYI if you order from Wingstop Billings MT and they forgot 3/4 of your order they won’t refund your money. I picked up an order and the bag was huge so I didn’t realize how much was missing till I got home. On calling them, they kept telling me to come back and get it but I lived too far to make a trip back worth it. They eventually said they would but it’s been two weeks and no refund has come through on my card.

I tried to call and let them know about how they gave me literally bones with breading I spent 40$ just to get the worst wings I’ve ever ordered almost everyone was just straight breading and the fries were filled for 10 dollar fries, when I tried to express this they just hung up in my face without saying anything. This has been the worst experience ever.

Im not sure why a business advertises being open until 1am when the first thing you do is turn us away at 12:30AM, claiming only onlines. Its a shame as I wanted to try it for the first time. But I dont think I will. I worked in food service for over 5 years. And the last thing you do is have your doors unlocked without the ability to serve a customer. I will say the employees seemed nice so I wont discredit that. But change your hours. Dont lie.

Major applause and maybe a standing ovation for the Wingstop team on Durban Pavilion Dr. These wings weren’t just good, they were we might need to sit down and process this experience good. We ordered Cajun Hot, and let me tell you, the sauce-to-wing ratio was executed with the kind of precision usually reserved for NASA launches. Perfectly coated, zero sogginess, and a flavor level that said, We know EXACTLY what we’re doing.
The wings were crispy, fresh, and had just the right kick. Enough heat to make you smile, not enough to make you rethink your life choices. And then there's the signature on the bag “Rockout HI.” Now, whether that’s the culinary genius who made these wings or the packaging mastermind who handled the final send off, one thing is certain this person is a hero. If there’s any way to request this individual by name in the future, consider this our formal petition.
To the whole team, thank you for delivering wings that could honestly raise morale, fix a bad day, and possibly even bring world peace if deployed correctly. Keep up the phenomenal work. You’ve definitely earned lifelong customers.

Absolutely disgusting. The hickory BBQ wings and hot wings were incredibly salty. The fried cajun corn and fries were covered in salt and Tony's. you couldn't tell you were eating anything other than a saltlick. the corn in the picture showed full nibblers, but we got one nibbler cut into 5 pieces. $45 for my family to eat leftover pizza and tater tots.
