Your Pie Pizza

My compliments to the photographer. The sandwich I got had slimy lettuce on it, and almost no meat, feta or black olives. The price changed by almost $2.00 as soon as I created an account, which was required to checkout. It looked so good and the original price wasn't bad to begin with, so I decided to try it. My mistake.

When you bring up an issue to the staff that there is a hair in your food the manager with confront you personally at your job and threaten you. Even after acknowledging that their staff doesn’t wear hair nets while making and handling the food. BEWARE OF THIS LOCATIONS MANAGER (SHANE) AS HE WILL HARASS YOU WHEN YOU BRING UP A HEALTH HAZARD HE ALSO WONT REFUND YOUR ORDER BUT WILL GLADLY HARASS YOU

I have come to this location twice and both experiences with both the service and the food were horrible. The first time I came got food poisoning from the pasta, and the second time someone who worked there yelled at my girlfriend for getting coke for her nephew who wouldn’t stop crying for it. He followed up saying it’s “it’s bad for business” although it’s a chain restaurant. For sure won’t come back unless I want food poisoning from this disgusting hell hole.

Super good pizza, even gave me a free beer after mishearing my order, to be fair there was like only 2 of them working and me and 7 other coworkers came in to eat and they all came in a timely manner!!

My husband and I come in once a week for lunch. It is always a highlight for us and one of our favorite to go lunch places. The pizza is consistently delicious and they do a great job in building the pizzas just the way we like them. We have never had a problem with any of the staff and recently met the owners who were delightful!

My family and I have eaten here almost once a week for nearly two years. We used to go to St. Augustine to Pizza Time because 10 years ago they were rated 2nd best pizza in the USA. It was very good but sadly has not kept the standards up. We are soooo grateful they Your Pie is in the neighborhood. My wife does a cheese and half pepperoni (can’t get much more plain than that) yet there’s something about the ingredients that makes it taste so fresh. I load mine up with almost everything you can throw on a pizza! In the frequent visits over two years, with no hyperbole, there was one time the cheese or sauce tasted a little different. (Not bad just different). We love pizza and can eat almost anywhere anytime. It’s amazing how pizza can taste so different depending on where you go. Like that pizza place in St. Augustine, it must be the fresh ingredients that gives your pie that extra something special over a Papa John’s.

The owners must go out of their way to make sure quality is key because it’s not only found in the ingredients, but the cleanliness of the store and bathrooms. My kids love getting the gelato (which I close my eyes and pretend it’s not there for calorie sake). However, I can’t close me eyes the times we go for dinner and there’s $2 draft beers! I close my eyes during lunch time on those.

Please give this place a try and if you find anything that’s a miss, let the owners know. My wife and I have personally met them and they are owners that care. This Your Pie is indeed a local business we are blessed to have and proud to support.

Terrible customer service. Never had a bad experience at a Your Pie until coming to this location. Placed an order and wasn’t ready, the pizzas weren’t correct and we didn’t know until we were on the way home, they wouldn’t refund a bottle of ranch that they couldn’t provide “because they gave us a few extra.” Like 4 kids standing behind the counter just staring at you and only one is able to help at the checkout? (And was incredibly rude.)

Just super disappointing for Your Pie.

We have been to Your Pies in other areas, this one left us disappointed. We had to check our order to make sure we didnt accidentally ask for low sauce and cheese. You could see the bottoms of the pizzas because there were so little toppings on all of them.

All of the pies had the vaguest impression of cheese, and the sauce was so thin that it had all but evaporated in the oven. The only way we knew they didnt forget either was because it was reddish and slightly white. No strings of cheese when you pulled the slices apart or bit into them. Sad sad pizza.

We ate them because everyone was hungry, but if it wasnt for a birthday we would have returned them for a refund.

Unless your thing is round sad bread, do not go here. Try the grocery store's frozen section for something better than this place. Your family will be happier.

Aden seemed like a nice fellow but he answer the phone mid making my pizza then goes back to putting toppings on my pizza and never changed his gloves. I was shocked on top of that they didn’t have any wings in stock. Please train employees not to do that again.
