Additionally, I was charged for the large size despite asking for a small. Consistency in fulfilling orders and accurate pricing would greatly enhance the customer experience." Her answer to me was “oh my bad” she was rude about that. She didn’t do anything about it. It would bring me back because of the customer service.

The only guarantee in life is that they'll forgot my mayo. I go here a lot. The food is good, the people at the drive thru are nice, but they ALWAYS forgot to give me my mayo.
place looked clean and the service was kinda good. very nice employees. The soda machines was off and I guess the menu too. Sad when you get the wrong items. We decided to try the wings, I don't care for wings because at most places there either old or over cooked. To my surprise the Zaxby wings today tasted cold as if they had been in a frig and reheated..

My salad has soggy rotting pieces of lettuce in it. I wouldn’t keep lettuce like this in my fridge at home, I’m not sure how or why a restaurant would serve it to customers. Picking it out piece by piece but definitely have lost my appetite. Disappointed it’s not fresh.

This is the closest Zaxbys to our house, and has so far been pretty good. My daughter loves the fries, and their grilled cheese, and I usually get chicken fingers tossed in tongue torch. Not amazing. But always "good". I will keep going here in the future, it's exactly what you would expect, good wise, out of a quality Zaxbys.

I decided to go to Zaxby’s tonight (December 28, 2023). I’ve never had this kind of great service before at Zaxbys. The lady on the drive through speaker was exceptionally friendly. She did not hesitate to answer my question about substitutions and was helpful with my annoying order with extra sauces. I got to the window and was greeted very politely by an employee who took my payment and assured me my order would be out in a few moments and apologized for the short delay. They hand me my order and I completely forgot to ask for extra seasoning on my fries and another ranch and proceeded to hand her my payment again for the sauce. The sweet lady said not to worry about it, that it was not a problem and she would grab it for me right away. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful making for a good experience which is hard with fast food these days unfortunately. I got home and my food was still very hot. The whole thing was fresh and my wings were well sauced. You can tell the kitchen did a great job preparing my food as well. It tasted amazing and I could not find anything wrong with my experience tonight even if I tried. This was a great experience for a Fast Food Chain.

Easy lunch option during an errand trip. This zaxbys was clean, bright had nice windows. Food was good, kids enjoyed. The lady at the counter and in the sitting area was providing great clean service.

Horrible location. Food is super old. Make sure you ask for everything fresh. Charges you for sauces but they are empty so basically charging you for nothing. Zaxby's isn't cheap.. if I'm paying $30 bucks for food as a single person, I'd expect some quality and just as importantly my sauces.
