Perfect ice cream and shaved ice spot after a beach day.

Was craving a good ol fashioned snow cone, the kind with the heavy syrups they just pour over the shaved ice....yes ma'am! This did the trick. Lots other options too, ice cream and whatnot.

Ice cream was nothing special for the extremely high prices. Owner was more rude than helpful like we were asking to many question. Didn't appreciate our business. Many other places to try, they won't get my money again.

Place is way over priced in my opinion. 4 people we got 2 napkins. Doesn't have a bathroom for the customers. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place for anyone looking. Limited seating as well. Update tried twistee treat tonight with the family, way more welcoming great selection and better pricing in my opinion. Felt more welcoming with children at twistee treat

The ice cream was good but the person at the cashier was mean and so low, I don’t know if he is owner of this business but when we asked samples he wasn’t happy about it, you can see it from his face. That’s OK I pretend I didn’t see that. When I asked napkins for my kids and one more extra spoon he replied we don’t do this and we don’t have customers like that….. I didn’t say anything and he gave me only 2 napkins and one spoon, I was so upset and that’s ridiculous no one is gonna get rich or poor with 2 napkins and one spoon……… this is so cheap and unprofessional, who runs business like that? We loved their ice creams but didn’t like how he treated us.

Don’t come here. 8.00 for a small dipping dot, just a rip off . Go somewhere else !

It is hard to mess up an ice cream shop but this place has done it

My favorite part was the up charge for a sugar cone. A single scoop in a strip mall should not cost $7. Stay away.

I took my 4 kids here after the beach. They had so many options, we had to try as many as we could. We got a shaved ice, Dippin dots, banana split, Italian ice, and real fruit soft serve. The rootbeer shaved ice was amazing!! The shaved ice is so delicate and perfect. The Italian ice is delicious and so creamy. The bana split was delicious, and they had a good selection of flavors of Dippin dots and they were delicious and didn't melt too quickly. We got raspberry soft serve and it was good with real raspberries in it. Everything was amazing, service was great, and we would definitely come again! The only thing I wish they had was tables inside to eat, but they did have a couple outside.

The owner was very rude and disrespectful to my daughter. She was crying by the time we left when she explained the flavoring on her shaved ice tasted off after one bite. I tried to exchange and there was nothing but disrespect. Over priced and poor service.

We did not ask for a refund we ask the owner kindly to check his flavor to ensure it was good and asked for a new flavor. He stated we can have our money back and leave the store with nothing or take Cherry. We tried to explain and ask why she couldn't just get a new shaved ice which was ice, flavor and a Plastic cup for $9. He got irate and said we had to purchase a new one.
No worries we found a great place 5 minutes down the road. Cheaper, amazing customer service, friendly and better quality. You can see all the reviews are similar. The owners of this place don't understand how to treat people.

the owners were very rude short and inconsiderate.
We asked for more syrup flavor for our snow cone & the lady huffed and puffed for asking.
Asked for extra spoons for one of the 3 things we ordered & got ignored had to ask 3 times to actually get a spoon. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as the owners weren’t the nicest people.

Terrible service! The man and wife don’t smile, don’t act like they care when you ask for a sample or anything. Even your order! Lack of eye contact. When we had too much melted flavor at the bottom and simply asked if we could have more ice was told “No, we can’t.” No, you WON’T. He was saying something like it’s a block and has to be shaved. So why can’t you shave some additional for the 7 now drinking liquid? Ice is completely free and I was overcharged a whopping $8 for this shaved ice. But you say you “can’t” give more ice. Liar. You won’t. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Won’t come here again and will tell those I know who live here to avoid.
