Absolutely amazing! Every amenity you can think of is provided. You will feel as though you are at home. The views of the sunsets and sunrises from the roof are outstanding (the rooftop is positioned between the Gulf & the intercoastal, so both experiences can be observed over the water from the roof!) The restaurant (Dewey's) that is part of the resort, has the best food on Passa Grill! Many other locations within walking distance, including the main beach access right across the street. Whether a romantic get-away with your significant other, or a family trip with children of all ages, you do not want to miss this opportunity to accentuate your vacation by staying in one of the most incredible beach destinations in Florida!

Excellent customer service and communication before and during our stay was stellar. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by Tropical Storm Debby, but the BBC staff was super great and even provided a charcuterie board to ensure we had snacks while we hunkered down in the room during the bad weather. Additionally, breakfast at The Dewey was delicious and the continental breakfast was also a huge bonus, especially since it was delivered directly to our room. Everyone in Pass-a-Grille is super welcoming, which even extended to our pup. Would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Berkeley Beach Club. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything you needed. A washer and dryer in unit is perfect for a beach vacation with kids, and a full kitchen made it convenient to cook when we didn't want to eat out. We did a grocery pick up at a Walmart about halfway between PIE and our room. If we did want to eat out, we had numerous options within walking distance and all were great. The beach is just across the street, and they have everything you need which makes for light packing. Our baby actually ended up sick on the trip, and the location was optimal for us staying in to care for him while the other could run out to grab a quick bite to go, or take the older two to the beach.
The pier is walking distance if you want to take a boat to Shell Island, and the community aquatic center is a short drive away if you're desiring a pool day.
Breakfast delivery in the mornings is also great. One less thing to do in the morning hustle to get ready. Our kids (6 and 2) enjoyed every meal, so perfect for picky eaters. Usually it was something light and always included fresh fruit.
We definitely plan to be back!

We've been dreaming of staying at the Berkeley Beach Club since first coming across it while visiting PAG for a day last year. We were thrilled to get the chance during this year's girls' trip, and it far exceeded our expectations!
The beautiful suite was so clean and comfortable for our group, and we so enjoyed the spacious balcony each morning and evening, with breathtaking views of the gorgeous gulf on one side and the intercoastal waterway on the other.
We could not believe just how close we were to all of our favorite spots for dinner and ice cream, talk about walkable! Most importantly, we were just a block away from the most gorgeous beach, as well as the pier for the shuttle to stunning Shell Key Island! I began each morning on one side for sunrise and ended on the other for sunset each evening.
The beach supplies that were provided were very helpful, especially the beach wagons, which we used to haul our groceries and beach items each day. However, our suite was so close to the beach, that it didn't feel like a chore to load up each time.
Mary Ann and Alix were so helpful, kind, and attentive, and we so appreciated the daily breakfast, which was delicious and delivered to our suite each morning. Saturday's brunch at the Dewey was just incredible, as well! The Summer Solstice celebration at sunset on the rooftop was an experience in itself, and we loved talking to Mary Ann!
I am not a big fan of hotels and choose vacation rentals whenever possible, but the BBC is not at all your traditional hotel! We hope to make this our new annual tradition, and we're so grateful to have discovered this beautiful place! The only downside is that we're having trouble returning to reality now that we had to leave!

We stayed at the Berkeley Beach Club in Pass-A-Grille, it's an airbnb-style hotel, no lobby - check in is via text, once I figured that out, everything went smoothly. We rented one of the hotel rooms, with two queen beds (they also have entire apartments) and it was very nice. The only drawback was the toiletry dispenser - conditioner didn't work (clogged?) so my hair suffered. I also had to conspire to get enough towels, although they did provide 5 beach towels, which was nice. The BBC is steps away from the beach and your stay includes stuff like beach chairs and umbrellas, which was really nice. A continental breakfast is included, which they deliver to your room, that was also good! There's not a lot of staff around but the folks we did interact with were very nice. The roof deck and restaurant (The Dewey) are also excellent.

We've stayed here twice this year already and just love it! We get the same room and now it's becoming like our home away from home. Perfect location, beautiful deck and view, great staff...we'll certainly be back soon!
Honest review--the only issue is that if you are looking for "quiet" this isn't necessarily your spot. With the rooftop bar on the floor above and Shadracks across the street it can be a bit loud late night.

Took my daughter and her family on vacation just this week. The spacious suite was everything we wanted and more. The staff was fantastic and attended to all of our needs. The location is perfect, just steps from restaurants, shops and the beach. The furnishings and art are beautiful. I especially enjoyed seeing the Blue Dig prints from George Rodrigue! My daughter, son in law and grandchildren

I just got back from a weekend stay at the Dewey where my mother hosted my bridal shower and I couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue.We had the shower in the STUNNING courtyard area which was just lovely (we’re getting married in Italy and the vibes of the vines, gas lanterns and waterfall made us all feel like we were already in Tuscany!!) - the staff went above and beyond to help my mom and sister set up the tables just how they envisioned. Each guest could barely make it through the door without being greeted with a smile and asked what they would like to drink, we had soooo many compliments on how fabulous the staffs service was.Following the shower we went to the rooftop to enjoy sunset and WOW what a hidden gem this spot was. Erika the bartender went above and beyond to make sure every guest had the drink they wanted, they even reserved a whole area for our party to sit.We were lucky to book a room over this busy Easter weekend as well, we had a beautiful two bed 2 bath suite which exceeded my expectations - it was HUGE! And just one block from the beach!Cannot thank Dan, Ann and the whole staff enough for accommodating the most beautiful weekend. We will 100000% be back and hope to host another event very soon there!
