Excellent customer service and communication before and during our stay was stellar. Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by Tropical Storm Debby, but the BBC staff was super great and even provided a charcuterie board to ensure we had snacks while we hunkered down in the room during the bad weather. Additionally, breakfast at The Dewey was delicious and the continental breakfast was also a huge bonus, especially since it was delivered directly to our room. Everyone in Pass-a-Grille...
We really enjoyed our stay at the Berkeley Beach Club. The room was clean and spacious, and had everything you needed. A washer and dryer in unit is perfect for a beach vacation with kids, and a full kitchen made it convenient to cook when we didn't want to eat out. We did a grocery pick up at a Walmart about halfway between PIE and our room. If we did want to eat out, we had numerous options within walking distance and all were great.
