My husband and I were looking forward to a nice dinner right by the beach. We were super excited when we saw that Bongo’s was right next to it! When we were sat we were told to move due to them only have limited seating for the night to receive service, which we understood and were fine with. The service ended up being terrible. We ordered drinks and an appetizer. Right after we ordered our appetizer, the server took my husbands menu. We were planning to order dinner there as well. Once we received our check, we stated that we would’ve ordered an entree as well and the response was that they had a staff meeting to determine how the rest of the evening was going to go. I believe we only saw our server a total of three times. That did not sit well with us as to why we didn’t receive good quality service. Would not recommend this restaurant, especially for it being a slow night.

Fun spot right on the beach! They have live music most days and indoor/outdoor tables.
Huge food menu and virtually any cocktail. We have the peel and eat shrimp and the loaded fries. I am not exaggerating when I say that the loaded fries were probably one of the top fries I've ever had!
Highly recommend stopping in for a drink and an app.

Just love this bar right on the beach. Food is delicious and large servings. Cold beer and great mixed drinks!
Vanessa was a wonderful bartender.

Food wasn't that good and our service was super slow. We didn't go at a busy time either. Great view but wasn't that great overall

Jon, Kim, Bobby, Vanessa, Shawna are amazing. Never seen such a great staff all in one place. We are here for a week and they make it feel like a true vacation.

Parking is pricey. But that’s everywhere. The tables are pushed super close together so much that it feels stuffy somehow, even though there’s a breeze. I don’t know why they have them so smooshed together, they have plenty of space. The food was not good. My fish was so over cooked and tough that I couldn’t even cut through it with a fork. It should have a tender flakey texture and it was tougher than chicken. Really gross. Our server was nice and the view was beautiful. The place has so much potential and I personally think they could make it a lot better.

The food was great.I had Mac n cheese, wife had black and blue burger and friends had Cesar salad wrap and the portobello burger. We all couldn't be happier. Our waitress was the best and the only one there, as the others called out. She was amazing.

Visited Bongos for lunch. Sam was terrific, giving good suggestions and providing great service. We ordered the Rum Runners, Nachos, and Cuban sandwich. This was the best Cuban sandwich I've ever had. Drinks were well made. Great beach views.

Beautiful location and great service. We were there at sunset and they do a toast to the sunset at the bar that was so much fun. We will definitely come again!

my fiancé and I are staying at the Bellwether and wanted to come eat breakfast here on our last day. we sat down at 10:18, waited for over 10 minutes and no one came over to us. the servers were helping other tables and glancing over at us, but never came over. eventually at 10:31 we went up to one of the servers and told them we wanted to order food, she told us they had just closed for breakfast and that she didn’t notice us sitting at one of the tables, which I know was a lie since I could literally see them looking over at us waiting… was so disappointed.
