BRANZINI MEDITERRANEAN RESTAURANT

My husband and our friends went for New Years Eve. Calamari was good. Bang bang shrimp was good for those of us who don’t like spices foot. We loved the Branzini filllet, the chicken skewers and man, we’ve never seen fish tacos with so much fish. We loved it. We all would say though that the server was just shy of rude. We’d asked for time after apps to place an order. We were the only table there at the time. She kept coming back every 2 minutes asking for our order. She even interrupted us saying grace. We did wonder if she was high. Overall though. Loved the food and the chef came out to ask how everything was. Love that.

Ate here on our 1st night in Tampa. Great food, service, and outdoor seating. Had the whole branzini. Nice fresh fish grilled right. Good job Steve!

Great service & food from server Jennifer & the management team who did a lot of extra small things to ensure we had a great experience. Starters & entrees were all great- lots of vegetables and good flavors in every dish. Recommended : )

Fantastic food. Fantastic service. Really fun atmosphere with the indoor/outdoor seating. We had the wings which were top notch, they brought us a variety of sauces since we couldn’t decide. Our bartender Lauren was so sweet and really made sure we were taken care of and asked the chef so many questions for me, because I am picky lol! She also made me an extra creamy and sweet espresso martini and it was amazing. My husband had the lollipop pork chops and said he could not have asked for anything to be better. I had the Alfredo with wild caught grouper and it was cooked to perfection. All of it was divine. I wanted to try dessert they had some great options but we were just too full and I had some pasta leftovers. The chef even came out to see how we liked his dishes. That was just a cherry on top. The owner was in, chatting with customers and hanging out with his staff which is great to see for morale and it goes a long way with creating such a lovely environment and great service. We will definitely be back before our trip is over. Oh and also the bill was very reasonable compared to similar meals we’ve had. 12/10!!!

Nice restaurant branzini is italian name for sea bass, and so that's what we got. It looks good. Out door seating...casual.

I am here several times a week. The bartender, Will, is amazing and prepares the best Old Fashioned in town. Owner Lorena always comes out and gives us personal attention. She personally took care of my son and daughter when they visited. Chef Ruben cooks a fantastic seafood linguine with a marinara to die for. The fried calamari was the freshest I have tasted on Gulf Boulevard. The draft beer and wine selection is superb. Like I said, I’m here often.
