Burger-ish Bar & Grill

Drea , the manager is friendly, engaging and honest. The atmosphere is cafeteria meets bar. Open, very well lighted. Comfortable seating. Lots of TVs for sports watching and 80s music mix is comfortable, dance worthy and nostalgic.

Great food and great service! Had the JBB on a gluten free bun. (Also the flourless cake!)

Grouper sandwich with the habanero aioli was BOMB!!! Burgers cooked to order and juicy. Only recommendation is the menu is hard to read with the palm tree background.

My wife and I both had the JJB Burger and adult son had the Spaniard Burger with Fries and Onion Rings. We all agreed they were the best burgers, fries and onions any of us every had including our 9 year old that tried some of everyones. Our 9 year old had the Hot Wings and they were right on the money as well. We won't come through this area again without stopping here.

My bf & I are locals and still choose this place over others! I barely eat meat, so it was nice when Drea had a burger crafted to my [very annoying] specifics. Drea has been the best bartender and can craft delicious cocktails! It’s always nice to chat about st. Pete things with her <3 All in all, great food, even greater service.

This place is great. Tucked away across the street from the beach it's a great air conditioned oasis. Dre'a was out server and she was the best. She suggested an IPA that was perfect and gave great, dare I say, honest reviews of the menu. She was friendly and fun and definitely makes me want to come back the next time I'm in St. Petersburg. When I comeback, I hope Dre'a is there a long with the lemon pepper wings.

The food, the atmosphere, and the service were all amazing. The waitress was so friendly and attentive that she made the visit great. The place was clean and has plenty of TVs for you to watch sports on. The food I can not express how good it was. I am not a burger person my husband is, so we stopped in during our honeymoon week in St. Pete and I am so glad we did. It was the best burger and fries I have ever had at a restaurant. I highly suggest that if in the area you definitely make this one place, you go to get a burger!

Rushed orders, manager was very rude to our large group of about 20+, didn’t listen to any of our complaints, was actually quite nonchalant about our grievances!

The issue wasn’t just food tasted so bad, but also took forever to finally be on the tables, and once were huge DISAPPOINTMENT was the overwhelming feeling!

i am extremely sad, i got my dad to come to this place and he got a sandwhich he didn't like, they took it back and charged him. i also did not enjoy the food, should've gotten a burger. service is terrible.

Burger was OK, but worst chicken sandwich ever! And the one star is for telling them about it and them not caring at all, and still charged me! That is weird !
I came out looking for where I will have dinner,
Chicken Tacos were really bad too!

A piece of advice, order burgers as take out and you may be happy

The restaurant had sort of a weird odor when we went in and tables were sticky. Our server was nice. The burger was not good. The meat came out well done and dry though we’d ordered medium - I believe it was a frozen patty. It had a weird seasoning salt on it. I suppose the bun was fine and the toppings were fresh but I was ruined by the patty…yes, we should’ve sent them back, but we were starving and didn’t have much time. The fries were ok. I wouldn’t come back, to be honest.

My husband and I came by for a drink while we waited for a reservation, it was Friday so there was live music which was awesome. The acoustic guitarist was super sweet, his partner and daughter were there supporting him as well. The bartender/manager Drea was super hospitable and sweet, we ended up chatting a bit before we headed out, if we stayed longer in St Pete we would’ve come back for sure!

Absolutely amazing burger. The Bigg ish burger is so flavorful and cooked to perfection. The server was also attentive and awesome. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Make sure to stop in when you visit St. Pete Beach.
