Excellent customer service from the Valet to the lobby front desk and restaurant all were very helpful and approachable in all aspects will truly return for another stay of great hospitality service

First time staying here. I must say the building and architecture is gorgeous! The food at the restaurant was very very good. All the staff and servers in the entire place were super great and friendly. Pros: nice big room vaulted ceilings, very clean. the shower was HUGE with a waterfall head. I could have stayed in it all day. Cons: the shower water temp was very hot and seemingly unable to be made cooler. It was on and hot or off as choices. The bed was atrocious however. Neither of us slept well and we both woke up with sore backs. I would think they could accommodate a better mattress for the cost of the room! Also the phone was backwards, we tried calling the valet to get the car pulled up and it dialed the kitchen instead. The view was OK. Some of the beach but there’s power lines and houses in the way. I didn’t expect an amazing view but it was a bit disappointing. Also the spot lights that lit the hotel at night shone directly into our room so we had to close the curtains anyway and couldn’t really enjoy the night view. The rooftop was CLOSED for a private event to which we were not informed of ahead of time. (The whole reason we chose this hotel) Overall the experience was ok. and I can’t complain too much since we got a Priceline deal on the room. But full disclosure, if I had had to pay full price for the room, It would have been no where near worth the price.

Staff is super friendly, accommodating and prompt. From the Valets, concierge, restaurant staff all made you feel welcomed. Enjoy the stay rooms were fabulous. Across the street is a private entrance to the beach. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend.

Overall the experience was very good. Although there were a few things that were a little out of place in a 4-Star hotel.
I would have liked for the housekeeping to be a little less like pulling teeth, and things like laundry service are not available.
Other things like curt front desk attendants/ restaurant servers/valets; Made the experience tenuous at times.
Also the exterior music will bother you if you have an outward facing room with a balcony.
I would recommend the Zamora in the future to friends and family. Although some of these things should be addressed.

The hotel was stunning and a perfect location! Great beach access and the rooftop bar was great! It was one of the cleanest and aesthetically pleasing hotels we have been to. Only down fall is the front desk wasn’t too much help and some things seemed a little disorganized. Elevator was broken our whole stay to get to the pool/rooftop. One day the towels were down at the pool and the next we had to get them from the front desk, just little things that seemed randomly organized day to day. Front desk did not explain anything at check in and any questions we had we were just directed to the valet service guys and they always accommodated us. Our bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it/ stains on the normal sheets (other than that a super clean hotel overall) and the AC didn’t work at first in our room when we arrived.
Staff was helpful and friendly, space was quiet and clean, food was excellent!!! We enjoyed our stay

Location: Great. Easy walk and access to private area of the beach. And access to canal docks. Views and sunlight all day from roof top. Parking: Valet only. Car isn't necessary if you only plan to hit the beach. Check in: Smooth and efficient. Hotel has an elevator to the lobby (parking is at ground level) then elevator to rooms. And 3rd elevator to roof. Service: Everyone was courteous and prompt. Restaurant: Food was well prepared, plated and well chosen. Cons: Flies on outside Restaurant deck. Mosquitoes on roof top (no repellent measures up there). House keeping left garbage bin and laundry carts in hallways for days. Payed parking (extra 20 a day for additional guest cars). Beach equipment not well maintained. Pool water was cloudy. Pool towels were old, stained and dingy.
