Bartender was unprofessional, unattentive, unaware, and uninterested!!! Certainly didn't feel welcome or comfortable. Not a good choice to represent your establishment especially in this beach community.

Don’t usually leave reviews but the atmosphere of this place is one of the best I’ve ever seen , Everyone was so friendly and awesome and especially Gabe, he’s one of the most cool, genuine and funny guys I’ve ever met and made my night, would recommend this place for anyone wanting to go to a sports bar

Trish is so unprofessional I come with my family once a year and never have had a bad experience. She surpassed my group multiple times when I asked why she said you looked like you had drinks while I am staring into her soul to pay attention to me! I have been a bartender for fifteen years and her behavior is unacceptable. I hope management will take into consideration that during a holiday weekend they should probably staff their happiness and highest energy bartender and if this is the best they have that’s sad. It is the only bar in the area open late so no matter what it’s going to be busy not because of her I am sure, but that’s insane she is decreasing the sale opportunity being slow and choosing favorites. I never in my life have left a bad review but she was the worst part of my holiday weekend with my family!

One found oneself in what can only be described as a rather unpolished establishment — the sort of place where the flooring sticks to your shoes and the jukebox appears to have a personal vendetta against melody.
The barmaid, a formidable woman named Tracey (I believe), possessed the charm of a damp Tuesday in Slough. She served drinks with the enthusiasm of a tax inspector and a glare that could curdle milk. Quite the character, really — one suspects she’s seen things.
The clientele were a lively bunch, mostly clad in sleeveless shirts and shouting at televisions. I ordered a gin and tonic and received something that tasted faintly of despair and cleaning fluid.
And yet… there was a certain je ne sais quoi about the place. A raw, unapologetic honesty. No pretence, no frills — just pints, people watching, and the occasional brawl over pool.
Would I return? Heavens, no. But I’m rather glad I went.

Mcnastys is my favorite bar on st pete Beach and in my opinion the best one the reason why is because it’s an eclectic bar meaning all is welcome and everybody gets along. It is so cool to be in a vacation town with a neighborhood type bar. Gabe is the best. All the bartenders are awesome they take care of you, they look after you, and don’t take disrespect from people either. Which makes it authentic

Me and my friend were down here for vacation and this place did not disappoint. The atmosphere was great, the people were fun and great service! The bartender, Gabe, was a blast to talk to and a very personable guy. He made us feel welcomed and was very interactive with everyone there. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back and WILL definitely go back when I’m back in town.
