Drinks were 2 for 1 but we were never offered another one and charged full price for 2 drinks that were horrible tasting. Waiter was rude. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

This is the absolute best Mexican food in the area! The service is exceptional, food is hot and fresh and they have the best raspberry margaritas around by far!!! If you happen to get lucky and grab a seat by the bar you will not regret it. The bartender, Carissa has a great personality, knows her stuff and has great recommendations. The brisket is delicious and the shredded chicken chimichanga with the house queso is to die to! I recommend this restaurant to all of my friends and to you as well.

We were very disappointed in our last two visits. The first time, the prices had gone up, the portion size had gone down, and quality of service had gone down. Even though we were there for lunch, they gave us a dinner menu. When we asked for a lunch menu, even though they were not busy it took five minutes before we were brought a lunch menu. When we received our order, it was incorrect and we had to send it back. We gave them another chance a couple of months later, because we remembered how the restaurant use to be. This was a mistake. This time, again we were given a dinner menu, when we were there for lunch. When we asked for the lunch menu, the waiter told us they didn't have copies of the lunch menu, and started to tell us some of the items on the menu. When I asked the price, of one of the items he mentioned, he didn't know. I said, we'd have to leave. He asked us to wait and quickly brought us the lunch menu. The prices were higher than the time before. When we received our order, the portion was smaller than the time before. It was no longer restaurant made, it was pre-packaged.

Tried Grand Hacienda for lunch. A varied menu ( even a burger for the kids). Friendly service and great food. Will try again.

We placed a take out order. The fajita salad was very small, the tacos fell apart, and the beans resembled soup. Food was hot and ready quickly. Not a good value for the money.

Plus was I got get free chips and salsa for getting take out. The main course was ok, but not in a sense that I would ever eat it again. They added a tip to my transaction that I didn't mark. I got take out and picked it up myself so I felt a tip wasn't warranted, but still they added more to the transaction than what was authorized.

Terrible customer service. This is a “heads up” to staff at the Tyron Mall location, that I will leave a one dollar tip if I go back to your restaurant, (not likely) and get the same total lack of service.. I am not impressed with your waitstaff. It’s the worst of the worst. I actually feel sorry for the owner, that he or she is not aware of the fact that you have a cute restaurant and mediocre food and horrible waitstaff. The refried beans were the most bland ever tasted. Get a dollar can from the grocery store and it will be an improvement. The chicken in the enchilada had zero seasoning and zero flavor. Your chef needs to take a cooking class on how to prepare authentic Mexican/SW food. Get a good cookbook. The salsa and corn chips were fine, however regarding the rest of the food, If I want BLAND I will stay home & save a lot of money.

Hubby and I went in for lunch at 2p on a Saturday. The place wasn't busy so we went and sat at a couple of the many open bar stools. My first thought was why were the bar stool seats covered in plastic? Sat down at what we thought was a clean spot only to find out that where my husband was sitting was never wiped down and neither were some spots down from where we were sitting. Sat there for about 5 minutes and saw 3 bartenders behind the bar (some at the same time), they did look over to us but we were never acknowledged. A waitress was behind the bar said she'd be with us in a minute...well that never happened. After another 10 minutes of being ignored we got up and left. We were never even offered a menu...but what I saw looked interesting, although $14 for a margarita is a bit steep considering they're not even on the beach, they're in a shopping mall. Not sure if I'll want to go back and give it another try.
Good food at affordable prices and good service. Antonio was very helpful when we ask questions about the area.

Very quick service. We were seated right away but that was just lucky timing! The place was full the whole time we were there. Lots of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Beef empanadas were awesome- very large for appetizer portions. Chips were hot and salsa was perfect - not too spicy. Bottomless margarita was a good value- especially since the waiter really stayed on top of it- almost TOO on top of it!
