As a dairy-free person, I always look forward to the Paradise Sweets DF chocolate milkshake. Last night I eagerly purchased one - my mother chose a small scoop of pistachio.
We happily brought our ice creams across the street as the sun set. I put down my milkshake to take a selfie. Tragedy! The wind took my milkshake off the railing, and the cup smashed onto the walkway. Delicious DF ice cream and oat milk was now covering the pathway.
Dejectedly, I slumped back to the store, asking to borrow a pail so I could clean up my mess. Emma lent me the pail AND made me my milkshake over again!! I was able to clean up the mess and have my delicious treat after all.
Thank you Emma! I already loved Paradise Sweets but you have now bought my lifetime loyalty.

Super delicious! Homemade waffle cones, friendly service, lots of flavors. Highly recommend the chocolate mudslide and the mint chocolate chip. The dairy-free cookies and cream was really good!

Excellent customer service with wonderful ice creams that are smooth and perfectly sweet. Yesterday, a young man was helping me. I asked for a small ice cream and a medium one in which I wanted to combine two flavors. He didn’t understand me — it was my fault because I didn’t explain myself well. I told him it was okay, and I had already paid. Then, the gentleman who was with him told him to serve me a small one of the flavor I was missing. He didn’t charge me for it, which I thought was wonderful because nowadays it’s hard to find such good service.

This is not good ice cream. It’s excellent ice cream. Delicious. And wonderful, patient customer service. We’re camping at Fort De Soto for 3 nights and we are 100% committed to returning all 3 nights. I like when an ice cream shop lets you sample flavors so you can make a good decision. After sampling mudslide, I just went with that first choice because it was so good! My husband had the raspberry fudge. They were out of toasted coconut, but almost everyone was asking for some and it’ll be back in stock tomorrow! I also want to try their Açaí bowl! Yum!!

Do yourself a favor and go here! The Pass A Chino with Espresso Chip is heaven. I also got an açaí bowl, and the fruit was super fresh! I’ll be back :)
