Terrible customer service! This place HAS to be a scam, over a month ago we were told our $500 refunded would take 3-5 days to process and that still has not been recieved back. I've called at least twice weekly since then and each time was told a manager would reach back out. I also emailed them three times, with no response whatsoever. Since I was having no luck, another person in my group called herself and the CSR lady was BEYOND RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. CSR lady cussed my friend out and told her "I have actual customers I need to help" as if we aren't actual customers. The cabanas we had paid for were disgusting. The fencing around was rotten and falling over, the chairs and cushions had mold all over them. We were told they were just like that because of Hurricane Debby, but the cabanas we were in looked NOTHING like the pictures online (what we thought we were paying for). Needless to say, I DO NOT RECCOMEND ANYTHING HERE. DEFINITELY A SCAM.

unfortunately there is a hispanic security guard harassing beach goers … stealing bottles of liquor from young adults … on the beach that does not belong to PCI … management must do something about this .. i was a witness

Very fun place for everyone. A great mix of all sorts of people and everyone is friendly here. You don’t feel like you have to be in a “click” to feel welcome. If your looking for a relaxing weekend, this may not be it but more like the party crowd which is good if you like that. Clean pools too. If you want a drink fast, go to the bar next to it and bring it over, because PCI bartenders are overwhelmed with the volume.

The female bartender SAM is a horrible person! Not only did she ignore us most of the time, she then went out of her way to be rude, screaming and insulting guests! She needs to be fired asap!
