We ate at Rick’s Reef in St. Pete Beach, Florida, and it was a disappointing 2-star experience. The food was mediocre at best, but the service was downright awful.
We flagged a waitress down just to let her know we were seated for service, and she acted annoyed—like we were bothering her. Then, we waited 30 minutes for someone to even come take our order. The location’s decent, but the terrible staff attitude and slow service ruined it. Won’t be returning.

Great place for food and drinks. Just left after having their mile high meatloaf. finished all of it. So good. haven't been disappointed yet. Would highly recommend this establishment. Enjoy!

Fish Tacos 5/5, Sophia was our server and she was helpful and attentive. Boom boom buffalo shrimp were very tasty as well. Casual atmosphere. Customers at the outside bar seemed to be enjoying themselves as well. Parking was somewhat limited in front of the restaurant.

Had the grouper Reuben! Yummy! My friend had the grouper dinner. So good. Blender wasn't working so I couldn't get a Pina Colada but the sweet drink suggested was good. This was a few weeks after Milton hit and they were good to go!

Food was very good and the service was a OK, but the dealbreaker for me was they have a small outdoor bar seating area for dining and allow smoking. While eating my dinner I was gagging on 4 chain smokers behind me. I respect that they can have any rules they want, it's their business, but if you don't want to be smoked out while outdoor dining, stay away from Rick's Reef.
