The service here is about as bad as I have ever seen. Waited at the hostess stand for several minutes and no one came, inquired at the bar and they said the hostess would come away people again when they were ready and done cleaning up but he wasn’t doing anything. Sat at a table and it was sticky and covered in beer. We asked about it and he said that’s just how the tables are and said it was sanitized already (we were standing near it the whole time and it was never sanitized and clearly had not been wiped down). Then we sat for about 20 min and never saw a single server. Had no choice but to leave. Service effort is about a 0.5/10

The food here has always been delicious!! This is by far one of our favorite spots to go out of anywhere on the beach. The bartenders and staff are always super nice and friendly, there’s usually plenty of parking for the most part and there’s seating inside and outside. If you want a Bloody Mary (not pictured here) they have a huge bloody Mary bar that everyone has absolutely loved! It’s definitely a place to come and check out if you haven’t already.

Horrible experience! My family and I waited for 25 minutes and were NEVER greeted! We sat right at the corner where all the wait staff walked and we felt as though we were invisible. We then proceeded to get up and leave as I stopped to talk to a staff member and she said there wasn't a manager on duty. She then proceeded to have every excuse in the book as to why we were not taken care of. I never had an apology, never. She shrugged her shoulders and said I can call tomorrow and complain. We will never be back.

We really enjoyed Rick's. We both had the grouper sandwich, one blackened the other fried; both were delicious. The Key Lime Pie was incredible. The prices here seem more reasonable than other local restaurants. ($20 grouper sandwich vs. $29+ at others) I highly recommend Rick's.
