The restaurant is very beautiful, but the experience was very poor due to the service. The waiter, Adlai, who attended us was extremely unprofessional—he left us waiting for a long time, didn’t even offer us water, and practically ignored us throughout the entire visit.
Honestly, his attitude made us feel discriminated against and unwelcome. It was clear that we were treated differently, which completely ruined the experience. It’s a shame, because the place is nice, but the service was unacceptable.

Tourist trap 101. Low quality food (including fake calamari) at insane markups. “Ambience”highlighted by a giant saltwater tank and low lighted by a speaker suited for a public pool blasting club music at a “family” restaurant. If you want a high end dinner while on vacation, do not waste your time and money at this place. The only thing high end about it is the price tags.

Are zero stars an option? First booth was like sitting on a broken spring. 2nd booth, the seat was torn. 3rd booth, barely comfortable. Calamari appetizer wasn't very good, I've had better. Salmon (my meal) was overcooked and very dry. My dining partner had the chicken --- was rubbery tasting. Also, other than our waiter, no staff person acted like they wanted to be there.. Even the manager (who I asked for) seemed disinterested in any of my comments. For $150 (2 people), could have dined elsewhere and had a much better meal. The only real thing going for this place is the fish tank. Big whoop !

Exceeded our expectations !!!!! Started with a prompt and efficient online booking for a party of 8 for my mums 60th birthday ! We were seated next to the fish tank ! Meghan was our serve she was lovely! We got a bunch of apps which included fish dip, shrimp., beef skewers and the crab cakes were out of this world! And then …. Our dinners most got a NY strip ! I got mine with a blue cheese crust and it was mouth watering !!! Dad got the tomahawk he was raving about it ! And mum got the surf and turf ! Not much was left on our plates ! Ooops forgot to mention the drinks which were also perfect ! Thank you for a great meal and experience! Wish we took photos !
I spent most of February at the Rumfish Resort. I ate at the sports bar at least 5 times per week. The food was fantastic. The ribs, grouper, calamari, shrimp as well as other stuff. Everything was excellent. Special shout out to Nate, Melissa and Ashley. They really know how to take care of their customers. You guys are the best.
This was the second time my wife Maggi and I celebrated her birthday at RumFish. We so enjoy the wall of swimming fish. Lat year we both ordered Grouper, this year Maggi ordered the Halibut and I ordered the beef tenderloin and a side of lobster. Let me tell you we were so surprised when our order showed up with two lobster tails. The evening was capped off with chocolate lava cake with a scoop of ice-cream. Our server Quinn was the best. Checking in at just the right time for another cocktail or just to make sure everything was to perfection. We recommend RumFish. I Love This Place

Went here to celebrate my birthday. Great experience. The hostess who greeted us was so friendly (wish I got her name). We made reservations on open table and asked for a table by the fish tank. We were seated by the tank as requested. Our server Kavan was friendly, informative & attentive. We had the brussel spout appetizer, wagu burger, and seafood pasta. All the food was delicious including the bread they brought to the table. The complimentary birthday dessert of warm pineapple upside down cake with ice cream topped off the meal. The decor in addition to the fish tank created a nice atmosphere. We were impressed by what a well oiled machine the service was from our server to the food delivery staff, bussers etc. There was one server at a table near us who interacted so nicely with the kids & gave them some stickers she carried with her...nice personal touch! There was no charge for parking as some reviewers mentioned, as long as you park at the restaurant. So glad we ignored some of the negative reviews and finally had dinner here. We had a very nice dining experience!

We come here every year when we're in town. Our experience this year was dampened by a server's misunderstanding, but the food we did receive was amazing and a noted improvement from past visits. The manager was great and went above and beyond by comping our entire check. We'll definitely give them another chance.
