Great food with great service! The portions are generous and the prices are still very reasonable for the location. Would definitely come back here again if I were in the area.

I've been going to Shells since I was a kid. It's a solid choice and inexpensive. The service was also good!

I had very low expectations when I found this place on Google maps I was just hungry. Pulling into the parking lot my expectations didn't improve. But all that changed when we walked through the doors. the staff were sincerely nice and efficient. What was a pleasant surprise was the food was actually very good. My daughter ordered the pasta with lobster. She loved it. Mine was a salmon with crab on top. The sauce was rich and flavorful. The broccoli that came with my entree was cooked and seasoned to perfection. We also had the mussels and clams. The seafood in every dish was fresh. What stood out was we got this great service and incredible food at a really reasonable price

Oyster’s not fresh, frozen!
We were misled about the pricing of the oyster dish. Before ordering, the server mentioned one price for a dozen and made half and half- steamed and raw, but the bill reflected two separate oyster dishes instead of a single order. Even though the difference was only $8, we didn’t appreciate the lack of clarity. We had been planning to visit the restaurant again for the chowder and red fish, but this experience changed our minds.

The food was great, especially the oysters. However, I didn’t like the overall experience because I don’t appreciate feeling misled. We ordered one dozen oysters after Jamie said it was $20 for a dozen, but we were charged $15 per half dozen instead. It’s not about the money, but this should have been clearly explained in advance. Transparency matters, and this took away from an otherwise good meal.

Always enjoy this place when we come to Florida. The clam chowder is so good ! The crab cakes were flaky and delicious, the langostino lobster pasta dish is a must. Everything here is 5 stars but at a 2 star price! Server was also very kind

The food was very mediocre, nothing to get excited about. The service was good and polite, but not sure it was enough to make us want to return.
