Snapper's does a very good job with their food. It's not an extensive menu, but most dishes are unique and not found at other restaurants. The portions are HUGE. Be sure to try the potato in Puff Pastry.
Their wine list is very nice, and everyone will find something that appeals to their taste and budget. Reservations are not accepted, so you might consider avoiding prime times if you don't want to wait.

We ate here 2 nights while staying on the beach this week. The hummus and flatbread along with their house salad for a starter was sooo good. The coconut shrimp was good and the coconut curry snapper was the best fish I have ever tasted and I grew up in Florida. The dish is not sweet and the flavor is amazing along with fish cooked perfect. Don’t hesitate to eat here it was our best meal when in St Pete Beach.
