I don’t leave reviews often but this place was SO GOOD. The food was exceptional. I had a filet and my boyfriend had the ribeye and it was some of the best steak I’ve ever had. We’ve been to steakhouses all over the world and this was up there with the best of them. We were blown away by the food quality. Highly highly recommend this place! You have to try this!!!!
Outstanding experience at Sola Bistro and Wine Bar. I ordered the Lapin à la Moutarde—rabbit with shallots, garlic, white wine, Dijon and stoneground mustards, and cream—normally served with rosemary fingerling potatoes, but I substituted asparagus. The kitchen accommodated the swap seamlessly. The rabbit was fall-apart tender, the mustard-cream sauce layered and bright from the wine, with sweet shallots and gentle garlic rounding it out. Stopped in for a light dinner last night and was so pleasantly surprised! I started with a cup of shrimp bisque, which was packed with flavor. Then some polenta and shrimp, beautifully presented and even better tasting. I paired everything with a glass of Chardonnay, which rounded out the meal wonderfully. Loved the cozy vibe and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back!
