I had such a wonderful experience today stopping in for a matcha. I didn’t know what to get so Aliah and Chris walked me through some of the baristas favorite matchas. I went with “The Tolin” which did NOT disappoint. Aliah asked if I wanted anything to eat so I grabbed a cheese danish. She asked what I was up to today and was so kind and helpful with fun things to do in St. Petersburg! Thank you beach Starbucks I’ll be back!! 😌

Upon entering, i was warmly greeted by Melba so that was a nice welcome, she also took our order, with a big smile! When I go out, my #1 priority is customer service, more than the food. Because of the employee positive and welcoming attitude, i enjoyed my experience at this location and will be back!

I am a doordash delivery driver who often picks up at this location. It was a busier day and as I was waiting for my order to be bagged up the kind young lady making the drinks offered me a water while waiting. I told her that the last time I had asked for a water I was denied because I hadn't made a purchase She said I was working to which was very kind. I turned down the water because they seemed busy but she made time to give me one. You rock Aliah

Dissapointed while at a vacation spot, being the 1st customer and sparking up morning conversation/small talk with the morning male employee named Greg. Greg apparently is/was not a morning person. The issue I had, was Greg treated me like I was invisible, even though I was the ONLY customer there. And then I'm prompted for a tip on a poured coffee and a bad attitude. Have a good day Starbucks and know I had/have options.
