I am giving this 5 stars because of the effort of the staff that provided the best service I've had in a long time...specifically Emily at St. Pete Beach was phenomenal - fast, friendly, and on top of everything! I was a little surprised to see she wasn't a manager with how she took charge of an issue (corporate issue) with a smile and true desire to help. 3 stars because, on our first or second day here the open sign was lit but all the doors were locked? Don’t know what the hell is going on here but they definitely got some work to do….
Walked in to see if they have lactose free options. Staff was nice and helpful. They offer a dairy free made with coconut milk. It was actually ok and I am not a fan of coconut milk.
