“I’m from New York and have been coming to St. Pete for vacation for the past 5 years. During that time, I used to visit this Baskin-Robbins location quite often, but I had some frustrating experiences in the past.

Many times when I went around 7 PM, I was told they were already closed, which felt strange because most Baskin-Robbins locations stay open later. On top of that, whenever I tried to order a milkshake during the day, I was often told they didn’t have it available or that the machine wasn’t working. After dealing with this multiple times, I eventually stopped going there.

However, I recently heard there is new management, and things seem to have improved. The staff are now very friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. I also noticed they sell cakes now, which is a nice addition.

Hoping the service continues to stay consistent—I’d love to start visiting again during my trips!”

“Yum! Such a cute shop, friendly staff, and some of the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had! I got the half and half scoop of cotton candy and toasted coconut. Cotton candy was super and had some delicious little cotton candy crunchy bits in it! Toasted coconut tasted like a piña colada and seriously was PERFECT for a beachy vibe! Loved the whole experience and am looking forward to coming back again!”

“I had an amazing experience! I ordered a Pernil sandwich and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and full of flavor. While I was waiting, they kindly gave me a sample of their sancocho, and it was fire! 🔥 Rich, comforting, and tasted like homemade cooking. Great food, great hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. We got the espresso martini and the spicy martini and omg if I could drink them all night, trust me I would've. The atmosphere is good for a chill night, or a great date night spot.
