I’m from New York and have been coming to St. Pete for vacation for the past 5 years. During that time, I used to visit this Baskin-Robbins location quite often, but I had some frustrating experiences in the past.

I am giving this 5 stars because of the effort of the staff that provided the best service I've had in a long time...specifically Emily at St. Pete Beach was phenomenal - fast, friendly, and on top of everything! I was a little surprised to see she wasn't a manager with how she took charge of an issue (corporate issue) with a smile and true desire to help.
