Pulled to the store today to find it closed the manager was standing outside and said drive thru is open I asked what was going on with the inside she replied we have no employees. How do you keep a store open with no employees. The treasure island McDonald’s got closed and tore down. Then they choose to keep this one that is like playing the lottery with the food you hope it’s cooked and warm or you get it cold and undercooked. I’m not one to write reviews but the people over this McDonald’s really needs to seek help as they are not thinking right. It’s on the beach with no employees and it’s summer time do yourself a favor and close and sell the spot so a actual restaurant that going to be open a serving people not a eye sore that gives false hope of getting something in you’re belly. This is one of the worst McDonald's on the planet. The buns always taste like they are a week old. They almost never have your order ready at the drive through and ask you to park and bring out the food-even if there's no car behind you -so they can keep their times appropriate. We placed an online order to be brought to our table. After a long time, we had to go get our order. We ordered a total of 3 drinks, but were only given 2 cups. When we asked for the additional cup, the cashier argued that we had only ordered 2 drinks. She was mistaken as shown by the receipt. The large order of French fries was only half full. Just ridiculous.

We were there about 3 this afternoon, March 3, 2024. The person behind the cash register that took our order had a very poor attitude. I saw her roll her eyes a couple of times and snotty remarks. I work in customer service and if one my employees acted that way, they would not work for me.

We all work, you’re not saving people from genocide or performing emergency surgeries here. Its a fast food restaurant at the beach. Be happy or move somewhere with the rest of the miserable people, lest someday someone reciprocates with a little firmer than a scowl.
