Lyquill/Lyquinn was an amazing worker. She was incredible kind friendly and amazing worker. We had the pleasure of ordering with her on my birthday and she made me so thankful for the experience she deserves a raise and all the praise. She kept the store clean and organized and the subs we ordered came out so good! I definitely recommend this location because of her :) she brought the sunshine to st Pete! Thankyou so much

It's absolutely outrageous how Mrs. Quan was fired recently. I have been coming here almost every day for the past 6 months and she has been there every day I came in. Everything from her energy to her service and how she made the sandwiches was amazing. There have been times where rude guests have come in and barked orders around and she kept a very level head and never lost her temper. The people writing bad reviews and talking bad about the service either have not tried to get to know her as a person at all or are entitled people who have nothing better to do. I will NOT be coming back here without Mrs. Quan because simply, she made things better and you guys made a big mistake. Be ready to lose many more customers and staff.

12/15/25 2:10pm. Worst experience in my life. Black lady with scars on her face super rude, she took my meal away just because I asked her to doble check what type of cookies she put in the bag, she gave me a dead look and said; you don’t tell me how to do my job- so I replied; I’m paying for this is my right. She took the food and said is her right not to serve me. After checking this place reviews I found more about her, I just don’t understand how a person like her with -0 customer service with a lot of bad reviews still working there

Disgusting. Flies swarming the meats hair and sauce stains all over the counter tables were filthy. Bathroom was a monstrosity.

We were just there today 11/26/25 @. 11:37am. The black lady that works there was extremely rude, Shes worse than an animal behavior. I saw the reviews just now and everyone was complaining about her behavior and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. We had two kids with us and we were trying to order and she slammed our food and told us not to repeat ourselves, we asked her to why she needs to act like that and she waved her hands “ goodbye”. This place is a trash same as her attitude.

The behaviour of the employe was unpolite, we pass in the middle of the afternoon and I felt directly that I annoyed the black women with my english, ok It’s far to be perfect but I understood what you said when I paid….
I went with my coworker the other day and he got a sandwich and the two guys who took care of us super chill, and very funny. They made me laugh. I don’t remember their names, but they deserve a raise

I ordered a meatball sub on Uber eats the driver texted me saying they didn’t have meatballs, which was highly disappointing but then Uber eats says that they wouldn’t cancel the order bc they can’t refund me for my order bc subway processed the order. I have no idea who is actually keeping my money but it’s frustrating bc it was 18 dollars and I can’t get my $ back. :(
