We were just there today 11/26/25 @. 11:37am. The black lady that works there was extremely rude, Shes worse than an animal behavior. I saw the reviews just now and everyone was complaining about her behavior and it seems like no one is doing anything about it. We had two kids with us and we were trying to order and she slammed our food and told us not to repeat ourselves, we asked her to why she needs to act like that and she waved her hands “ goodbye”. This place is a trash same as her attitude.

I ordered a meatball sub on Uber eats the driver texted me saying they didn’t have meatballs, which was highly disappointing but then Uber eats says that they wouldn’t cancel the order bc they can’t refund me for my order bc subway processed the order. I have no idea who is actually keeping my money but it’s frustrating bc it was 18 dollars and I can’t get my $ back. :(

The food was, as always, just okay ...nothing special. But what really surprised me was the employee's behavior. He told me that parking costs $20 everywhere along the beach, but that I could leave my car in the Subway parking lot and stay as long as I wanted if I gave him $20 in cash. I understand he might not be earning much and is just trying to make some extra money, but I think you should have a conversation with him this kind of behavior isn’t really appropriate.
We walked out staffed yelled out “put your shirts on” instead of welcoming us into the establishment. Other customers were walking out saying how rude the woman was behind the counter. You are right by the beach we are a family of 8 just trying to get a quick lunch. Thanks to boulevard tap house we were able to Have a nice lunch with friendly welcoming Staff.

Entering the subway parking lot, no cars, only me and my family, a subway worker lady was sitting outside and she just kept looking at us with a stank look until we parked, we entered and there’s only two subway workers inside, then we were looking at the menu and one of the workers were rushing us if we are ready to order and we wanted three philly but the worker probably misheard us and he put some liquid orange cheese on them and he asked us what cheese we want on them and we wanted pepper jack on two sandwich and the other no cheese because my dad doesn’t like cheese and the worker was like “sir, we have to add cheese because that’s is what you order” and we were confused because we have a choice to add cheese or not but he was like “no we have to put cheese on all the sandwich’s” and we kept telling him we don’t want cheese but he doesn’t want to listen and he got mad and was saying i don’t understand but we are literally telling him we don’t want cheese, so we left the subway place
