Ordered three pizzas via slice on 2/11. The Slice delivery service was great. All three were over cooked, with one crust being so black as to make it inedible. We could only eat the toppings with a fork. I called the restaurant twice and was told that the burned pie would be removed from my bill. That did not happen. My card was charged for all three. Do yourself a favor and buy frozen pizza at the supermarket. At least you will be able to eat what you pay for.

Just ordered pizza and stromboli. Pizza was okay nothing amazing. The stromboli on the other hand came uncooked. The outside was cooked but the inside the dough was raw. Called them they sent a second one but the outside was burnt black and the inside was still raw. It seems like they rush the orders out which results in the food not being cooked all the way. The manager said he'd give us credit of 20 but after my experience I won't be eating there again.

Food is so good! Authentic Italian food. From the penne alfredo to the pizza. Service was great and a genuine owner. My wife and I have found our new favorite go to place. Hidden gem in St. Pete. Call restaurant for pickup or delivery as they do not do door dash anymore. They have their own delivery. Support your local businesses! Thanks again for your hospitality.

I ordered ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? A Specialty pizza and it was the worse pizza ? I ever had!!? none of the vegetables were cooked and they were just thrown on the pizza ? it looked like they took a pepperoni and sausage pizza and threw raw toppings on ?not to mention the delivery charge was ridiculous. I would have been better off ordering domino’s!!!
They rush orders out even when there isn't a need, undercooking the toppings (which didn't seem fresh) in the process. The owner is rude: please just be nice to those who venture into your store, have fun in what you do. This place could be so much better, the large pizza is deal is great, it's just not worthwhile.

I was very disappointed, I talked my wife into getting Italian tonight so we order a pizza and chicken marsala. The chicken was good but no marsala sauce at all and the mushrooms were not cooked. The pizza was completely burnt on the bottom but under cooked, obviously the oven has not been cleaned in a while. It sucks because I live close by but now I know why I have never been here. I hope they can fix it for future patrons. Waste of $26

Communication lacking. Pick up order, was told another 5 mins. Not a problem. Wait more than that then handed my order that was sitting on top of oven the whole time ! Online ordering does not work. Special instructions area not looked at. Asked for things Not to be used and got them on sub anyway. Food is good, just wish they could get IT RIGHT !!
