I ordered 2 meals last night from my local Applebee's, and Door Dash delivered. The Cajun Salmon was a flat piece of something (it didn't look or taste like any salmon I have ever eaten). It was approx 3.5" x 3.5" and maybe a 1/4" thick. It was tiny, flat, and dry.. It looked exactly like a leftover piece of pizza. I have enjoyed Applebee's over the years, but this was a very poor effort for a $20 meal.

Curbside order set for 7:13 pickup, we got there at 7:20 and I called the number on the sign and they said they’d bring it out when it was ready. 20 minutes go by and nothing. I call again and nobody was even paying attention to the order. No clue where the person who told me they’d bring it went. My drinks were watery and my food wasn’t warm anymore.

This Location has unsanitary conditions. The weight staff and bar staff are amazing, but the owners are not taking care of a very serious sanitary problem. The problem is a backup of sewage water in the bar such that the whole bar area smells of sewage I understand from other consistent customers that this is not a new problem tonight everybody was leaving because the stench was so bad the owners need to take care of a problem, even if it means shedding restaurant down temporarily to take care of something that is clearly a health hazard

Never had eaten at this Applebee's but stopped in around 1:15 today for lunch.
we have to catch her attention and They were not busy at all...and there was wait staff visible, nor was there a hostess. Waited about 5 minutes, went to the door of the kitchen and asked three women standing around talking if there was a hostess...she said I can help you and seated us. Waitress came pretty quickly to take our drink order...and we asked for some additional time to look at menu...she gave us a lot of time...so much so that we had to get her attention to get her back. I ordered a burger medium, after waiting a long time for the food it arrives, well-well done and crunchy on the outside. I dared not send it back. On the plus side the French fries were good, but I had ask for my soda that I ordered.

If they were busy I could understand the poor service....but there was no more than 15 people in the restaurant. Not sure what the problem is there.

We ordered a Spanish advertiser which was cold and not good. Service was bad. We were seated waiting to receive our bill when the hostess asked us to get up from the table they needed to seat a party of 17. That was it for me I want be going back to that Applebee's again ....

Destiny was the absolute best waitress I’ve met in all of 2024. She was incredibly kind, attentive, fun, funny, helpful, efficient, and friendly. I would go out of my way to have her as my server again. The food was perfect, which is to say exactly what you expect at Applebee’s - that’s not a bad thing, that’s what you go to Applebee’s for.

Wonderful servers like Destiny are rare now, and she makes eating out feel worth it.

I stopped in for a quick meal in the evening. Their menu had a $9.99 chicken sandwich, soft drink and fries special.. I sat at the bar which wasn't too busy and the bartender kept forgetting about me... The chicken sandwich tasted weird. Applebys 2 for 1 drinks are ripoffs line grocery stores where they jack the price up for one beer so they can give you the second beer. $10 for a Modelo basically, which equates to $5 per beer. It's the shadiest tactic in retail. In addition, I sat in the restaurant having to listen to dumfuks talk about their politics.. If you want a real 241, go to Sonny's barbecue They have 241 Stellas, 16oz at $4.50... which means eat Stella is $2.25. Sonny's is a chain. Why don't they try to scam over their customers like Applebee's? I have no clue why I decided to stop here when every restaurant on 4th Street is better. Even in the s. side.

I'm a regular customer at this location; however, I should say it in the last tense. Recently there has been an issue with sewer drain and grease trap backups that lead to development of a Nasty Sewer Smell.

Instead of fixing the issue corporate management has decided to reduce the in store temperature using the AC; which creates a extremely cold condition in the building affecting the entire restaurant.

Yesterday the regulars at the bar as well as folks at the bar tables asked to speak to the manager on duty to turn off the fan for the AC in order to stop the fridged air from blowing on all if us, at least that way we could warm up and enjoy our stay.

We like this place due to location and specials, and we have overlooked many of the issues created by poor management decisions which lead to negative experiences.

However, when the manager of the day came out at the request of all of the patrons there in the moment so we could ask him to turn up the AC temperature setting or turn off the fan his response was that he was instructed by corporate management that he can not change the temperature nor turn off the fan which either could return the store to a resonable comfort level.

Collectively, the group of regulars spend thousands of dollars here monthly between food and beverages, for me, this will no longer be the case.

When we are all complaining that the intetior is too cold for us, creating cold hands and back, and a desire to go outside to warm up when the temp outside is 60 degrees; it illustrates a negative guest experience. We can't enjoy our food or beverages in that environment!

This location should be closed due to health regulation issues, for example the sewer drain backing up behind the bar creating flooding water conditions that the workers had to stand in... in order to provide service to the bar.

I'm taking my business else where and recommending my fellow patrons do the same until such a time that this locations corporate management or health department take action to resolve the many issues here.
